so the #1 reason i suggest this for is because it’s free!! that’s the biggest thing that most people, including myself look for in a weight loosing app. i just got this app today. the workouts are around 5-10 minutes and are easy for beginners. i am an overweight teenager and this app is definitely going to help me. it has a diet for you to help with your journey of weight loss and if you are vegetarian you can select a button so that the diet is fit to a vegetarian diet. but overall, it s a great app and i recommend it!
