It is an app perfect to keep up with news on sports and use to listen to games as they play.

I don’t know how this app is rated so highly
This app is as unreliable as it gets. 90% of the time when I go into it I’m just stuck on a screen that just says ‘home’, ‘schedule’, and ‘you’, none of which even work. There’s what I assume is supposed to be a ‘loading’ bar at the top of the screen, with no indication of when it will go away (probably because it never does). When you encounter this issue it’ll persist until it just up and stops for some reason. You can’t do anything but cross your fingers; closing out of the app, restarting your phone, reinstalling the app, doesn’t matter.

Not very reliable.
I downloaded this app only so that I could claim my student tickets, and it’s horrible. It kicks you out to a web portal in safari where it often fails to load the ticket information. I’m dealing with it now as I try to claim tickets, and the same issue lead to my guest and I missing the first two TDS of last weekend’s football games. The issue persists regardless whether I’m on WiFi or LTE. Other aspects of the app, like listening to games on the radio, work well enough, but the apps usability and UI aren’t so much better that I couldn’t just pull this stuff up in a web browser.

It’s fine. But it should be way better by now. It either glitches and exits the app, glitches and moves so the buttons are unclickable, tries to send you to ticketmaster but never quite gets there, and overall the design is terrible. It’s not super reliable but once you learn how to navigate it through it’s quirks it gets the job done.
If I had a choice, there is no way I’d use this app.

Needs Improvements
This app gets the job done but it is need of major improvements. The app repeatedly asks for the same information and results in getting multiple text messages. Some of the instructions are unclear and it is very easy to click out of a page. Navigation can also be improved.

Buggy
App delivers information needed, but is super buggy. Screens don’t open fully and the view gets impaired from keyboard when logging in. Have to click in text box multiple times to start typing. U of L or whomever developed this app, needs to do a little more work. Has potential to be a great app.

Can’t Sign into account
I have been trying to sign into my account for months, with no luck. I do not have a Facebook account and when I try to sign into the account with my email, as soon as I click on the email box, that and the password box disappear! Fix it!

Can’t create an account
App is horrible when trying to create an account. While typing, the keyboard is in the way, can’t see what I’m typing and when I try to go to next entry it starts over. Tried another time and mistyped, tried to go back and correct, but took me back to the beginning.

Could be better.
So far we have been to all home games and our tickets were scanned as we entered, but this app is showing we have been to 3 games and 1 general event. Guess no prizes for me!☹️

Unreliable for tickets
Over the past several weeks the app has been extremely unreliable for tickets. The barcode and options to transfer tickets aren't showing up. Signing out and back in fixed it once but even that isn't working now.
