This app is terrible! For any local news agency to permit such electronic fumbling is counter productive. A very bad disservice to local customers.

As bad as the Print/ Web Edition
This app is awful in terms of news paper apps. Full of glitches that cause crashes. Rarely is the content up to date and there's no rhyme or reason to the organization of it. I thought the suns print and webpage are bad, but this takes the cake. Every now and then when you do come across a recent article of interest, it fails to load. I wish I had another option for my local news.

Would be better with more current info
This app works fine, but appears to be sorely understaffed and not updated enough. For example, I went to look at a box office review and noticed it was 60 days old! Some sections are recent, but most are weeks or months behind. Still fun to see club listings and some cool Lowell hipster events. Would like to see more local Entertainment updates more than anything.

New version is worse than before
The new version of this app is worse than before. I mostly use it to look at the local news but now that section only has a few of the most recent articles and has ads that overwhelm the content in the section. At least make it where you can continue to scroll and see more of the latest local news articles. :(

Annoying
This app is better then going to the extremely limited website on mobile.
But it plays an audio file when you open it. I can't hear audio but it is playing something and that turns off whatever you are listening to. That makes it unusable for me. Deleting app.

I’ve had this app for years and although I found it somewhat lacking in depth, it was nice to get a quick overview of happenings in Lowell and surrounding area. Now you are charging to read this paper and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I’ve deleted it. Hope your greed works out for you!

Not too shabby!
I like this app because it gives me a quick glimpse of local events without getting printer's ink on my fingers. It could use some refinements but, over all, it's a worthy app.

Cannot deal with the app anymore cancel my account at the end of the month pop-ups are ridiculous. little bit of new news lots of old news been with customer for 45 years
