Good game but Level 1063, beware
Love the game and definitely makes time pass by. The levels get challenging as you progress and sometimes they throw you an easy one in between the hard ones, but let me tell you about level 1063. That level is by far the hardest of them all, as of now because I’m currently stuck on that level. I do t think the candy is pushing strong enough to get the jars of peanut butter up the path to drop where it needs to be. Either we are shorted the moves it takes or it’s the last level of the game and they won’t let you beat it. Good game though!!!

Annoying Glitches
I loved this game at first. It is a lot of fun and doesn’t require a lot of brain strain.I am currently on level 817. I realize as the game progresses the levels get harder, and I have no problem with that. However, the game is rigged so that you almost win, but don’t, and of course they want you to spend money to buy extra moves. There is an option at the end of each level to watch a video to obtain three extra moves to help complete a level. Often times after the video is watched, the same screen appears asking you to watch the video again. The screen does not go back to the level of play and provide the extra moves. At that point you are forced to close out the level without a win. Then you must start all over again. I contacted technical support about this issue in the past and got no response. In addition the same thing is happening with the option to watch a video and receive an initial boost before starting a level. I complete the video and get the same screen. I either have to close out the app and start the level again, or just play the level without the boost. This does not happen all the time, but more times than not. I am to the point of frustration where I am ready to delete this app and highly recommend to my friends that they do not download this game.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
On Jun 1, I purchased a star pass for 9.99. On Jun 3, I opened the app to only have my progress reset. I no longer had the star pass and my Popsicle adventure had been set back to the beginning. I sent a message through the app to “Get In Touch”. I didn’t get a response. I sent 2 messages through the contact form on the tilting point website. I got 2 ticket numbers and ZERO response. I reached out via Instagram and Facebook. Only Instagram responded with a link to the contact page that I have contacted twice. I have my screenshots of my payment, date and proof of the reset, yet no response. Finally on 6/9 the app responded asking for pictures and/or screenshots, which I provided and now it’s mute again. I have been taken for 9.99. This is not the first time this happened, but last time it was corrected. And it’s been months since I’ve had this issue. I’ve been double charged for 4.99 for a pass BUT only received one. The charge was double for the EXACT same time. Again I have proof. Apple refuses to allow me to upload screenshots. Just saying it’s ineligible for refund. Which I’m not mad at but the 9.99 is not the same. It’s an actual monthly charge. That should be refunded or give me what I purchased. I spend too much money on gems and other packs to get no help. Check my account. LOVE THE GAME BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TURNING ME OFF.

Fun but lots of glitches and more glitches as time passes.
I have played for a while and the glitches end up costing not just in game earned boosters, but money. When you contact the company they ask you to send a screenshot to show proof, and when you do they don’t ever contact you again. For all the bonuses and boosters that you waste because they don’t care. I’m to the point of getting rid of this app. It is so sad that they have such a terrible customer service team, And I know mini smaller companies have 100 times better customer service team than this one. They don’t give a crap just keep spending your money they will never ever reward you for showing that they have a glitch and they won’t fix the glitch they just let it go and go and go so you’ll just keep spending more and more and more money warning warning people. They don’t care they just want your money

Fun and Addictive But The Glitches…
Absolutely love playing the game especially the side games outside of the usual gameplay. The graphics are fun and colorful and I love the adrenaline rush on the hard levels. However, the game has quite a few glitches. Such as if you win a level sometimes it will get stuck and the only way to reset is to end the game causing you to lose bonuses. Also, sometimes it will tell you a game objective such as bursting all the ice but the game wont give you all the ice to burst then you run out of moves ultimately losing the game. There are more glitches but those two are the most common. Hope the developers fix it cause I absolutely love this game.

Free, really fun, and NO ADS!
This game is very addicting, and I feared with it being a free game, it would be loaded with ads like every other free game. If you’re worried about that too- worry no more. As of right now, im on level 110 and haven’t seen a single ad. You do have things you can spend $ on, but you don’t need to spend $ to advance in the game. I will probably spend a little to support the game bc I enjoy it so much. You can play for 5 minutes or 2 hours at a time if you want to. Easy to play, fun to play.

Fun game with some glitches
It is a fun game. Entertaining but easy enough. Kind of mindless which is what I want.
However, there are some annoying issues. First, I can not access settings. I see the cog on the top right of the Home Screen but it doesn’t work. So no way to control sound or haptics. Next, once I start playing I can not return to the Home Screen unless I completely shut down the app and restart. Also, it seems to be frozen on New York level even though I completed that quite a while ago. Last, but certainly not the least is the phantom Brown M&M body that hovers in the middle of the screen on random levels.

Love this game, please fix this little glitch.
I love this game, and I am frustrated when at the end of my turn, so close, use my blaster, then my last move to get that last piece, then it stops before the turn is over, I got the piece and those cute bats are ready to attack. Then nope you lose. The bats were still in motion 4 or 5, of them I know I beat the level, I hate that it breaks my streaks and I waste those blasters or hammers that I work for. It used to be quite random, now it is happening more and more often. Please fix this issue. Thank you

I had this game briefly. It’s way too expensive. I don’t play games where I “have” to pay and there is no way around paying and it’s very early in the game but my biggest problem is that the ads won’t clear after it plays during a game. 3 times in the few days l had this ad come up during a game and it just stays there. It will not leave when I click on the x. I have even left the game and did something else and when I returned, it was still stuck on the ad and does nothin when I try to clear the page. This is totally not fair to your game or to people trying to play other games. It certainly would not make me want to play your game

I Love This! Almost as much as the Real Candy M&M’S!
When I went in to check this out I thought “probably another childish game “and yes the 1st dozen games are easy albeit instructive. This is a very “Unique” and entertaining game. I now have to set my timer because I am engrossed and amused. I am still pretty early into the M&M fun but I will tell you I am still excited 😜 to see what funny challenge is around the corners. Give yourself a pat on the back Creator’s …well done. This 66 year old fun loving lady is thrilled. Thank You.
