- Tutors are now able to set up a personal description, hourly rates, choose what subjects to teach, schedule available hours and choose a default message to be automatically sent when they are away.
- When the tutor is away, an automated response will be sent to parents when they try to start a chat.

- Add ability to allow a Tutor to send a Tutoring Session proposal to a parent. Once the parent accepts the proposal the sessions are charged into his credit card and both can coordinate the session through the chat

* This version fixes the ChatList of the Tutor, which now is paginated, meaning this an increase in performance in that screen.

* This version contains a fix to a crash in the chat list screen of the user, that was caused when a new message arrived.

Tiny hotfix for the chat because there is an issue with action cable that sometimes sends messages to the wrong chat

Main feature added: Chat info section where users can see the subjects they have assigned to the student, the starting points. The report user flow was moved to here.
