Your games are fine in fact there great. The problem is you can’t change to a different game or enjoy the large winning you just got because a commercial comes on. By commercial I mean you trying to get me to download some other series of games. Some of these interruptions are cool, within a few seconds, one can X it and get back to your game. Others will take at least 30 to 40 seconds before you get back to your game. To top all this this it can happen ,with the same stupid commercial, two to three times in minutes. I hope you can and are willing to do something snout this.

Are you aware your Royal match app is taking about 64 full seconds to watch and half the time it doesn’t close correctly if you don’t wait the full 64 seconds if you don’t wait for 64 seconds and you actually click on the arrow that means that it should be closed at that point it’s put you into their app which then screws up your whole your whole app
Actually just counted how many close arrows that come up before they actually get the X to the actual real closure. It’s three close arrows and then you have to wait after you hit the last close arrow. You have to wait another 12 seconds before you get the clothes ask anytime you hit the exes, the clothes arrows you wait 12 seconds before you get the X and if you click any of the arrows before it’s time you have to wait until you have another chance to close

I’ve not a Big Change in the last two weeks, the slots have been tightened to such a degree that’s it’s not even worth it to play them anymore. Anyone else notice this just recently?

I love your game and play every day. I get frustrated when I don’t receive coins when I hit a big jackpot. I play x50 play frequently. When I hit a jackpot with x50 x5 multipliers, and x2.. sometimes I don’t get the coins. This has happened several times. 3.5 trillion coins I don’t receive. I play max bet every time. Like today. I played max bet 737,000,000 and hit jackpot x50 x5 x2 and didn’t get coins in my total coin box. It shows I won the coins on the leader board but I didn’t get coins in my totals. Why does that happen?

Great game but when ads come on it my i phone game, it freezes up my game and I have to restart. I down loaded to my iPod and I am back to start over. I had over 19T. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Can you reinstate my points?

The game is really good but when you get a big win right in the middle of the payoff the screen goes black and sometimes you don’t get full payout of you win. It does this quite often. You have to leave the app and come back in then start all over. Ridiculous!!

I’ve been playing thousands of slots on so many different apps for years. When I find one that I can actually win the TOP Jackpot, then I’ll make purchases in that app to eliminate ads and enjoy other member services. I love all the slots on this app, but when I run out of my billions of dollars I’ve earned, on my favorite slot, without hitting the big one, I’ll delete this app, like the others, forever.
