App Bugfixes
ios - feature: Nurse interface -> 4. Failure to schedule a patient with a doctor in the future.
ios - When pharmacy is trying to enter alternative medication, they are not getting option to enter dosage or schedule or route.

ios - When nurse tries to forward medication to pharmacy, it says submission failed.
