Won’t load
After many times reinstalling the app, it just doesn’t load. Used to love it.
I see other complaints about this but has yet to be tended to.
It says to me that one shouldn’t bother with other things from this maker if they can’t even fix this issue.

Simple
I just had to come back on and say how I feel like an idiot!! Lol! The process to unlock the app was soooooo simple. I had to thump my own head. Lol! I am so ready to embark on this journey. This will be day 2 for me and I promise I already feel good about where I’m going. More days ahead and I’m waiting patiently on each. Thank you Alexander!!!!

To those who couldn’t get their purchases in the app
If you read your email there’s a link that you’re supposed to paste into your safari web browser and it’ll automatically direct you back to the app and unlock your purchases. Open the app beforehand. I had no issues.

My morning ritual
This has become my morning ritual, because it’s available at my fingertips. At first, I couldn’t sign in so I had to email customer service. The next day, I was given very specific directions on how to access all the recordings and it worked! Thank you again!

Very helpful customer service
I was scared at first after reading the reviews about getting help with the app. But the customer was extremely helpful they responded within 24hrs and give me clear instructions on how to unlock my materials I paid for. Dailey was a sweet heart. I do agree the setup process in not setup well. But once you get help it’s a breeze and I’m so grateful to have this material!!

Used to love it
Everyday I looked forward to unwinding to this, but recently it will not load. It stays indefinitely in the loading state. I reached out to support 4 days ago but haven't heard back. So really jonsing for my favorite meditations I decided to un install my app( and thus I assume loose my purchases) and re-install it, only to find the app is still stuck in loading, like it can't connect to anything. Really hate to leave this bad review. When I could connect to it I really loved it.

Follow guidelines
It took me a second too to understand, but its fairly simple. Open app, drop link mentioned in email to safari, then it goes back to the app automatically, & the audios are unlocked :) Follow the instructions before you complain & drop a nega review 🐈✨

Where can I sign in to my account
I purchased this Manifestation program online but there is no clear answer on where to sign in on the app to access the content that I paid for. I was excited to use this program but I grew incredibly frustrated having to switch back and fourth between my phone and my tablet trying to listen. I still have not figured out how to listen to the content that I paid for in the app.
