Great idea. It’s getting there.
This app really is a great idea. And as a whole, it’s getting there. Yeah, it has some bugginess like all new platforms. But this is a great idea.
Snap a daily photo of you with your glorious growing mane. Did you shampoo? Condition? Did you use a product? Is it a new product? How about skin care? You add all this information right in the app. And guess what. Other guys are doing the same thing. And we converse. We learn from each other. Add all of your hair profile info and you can get tips and recommendations. Talk to others. “What’s working for you?” I’m having great hair today. “This is what’s working for me”
Trav White started this whole thing and he, himself even gets involved to offer advice and support. I’ve not been a part of a community like this before. It’s a great idea and I can’t wait to see it grow.

What men have been searching for if they’re growing their hair.
I’ve been anxiously awaiting something like this. When I started growing my hair, I was lost. I found Trav’s videos doing a Google search. I’ve watched several videos. I was wishing there were an app from him or anyone. It’s great knowing we now have resources at our finger tips. Trav has managed to include in this app all we need in our quest for that Jason Momoa, Jared Leto, 80s metal band, or whatever look one wishes to emulate. I’ve learned so much from his videos and looking forward to expanding my knowledge as my hair reaches new lengths all the time and I know this app is what I need. Trav White is a hair guru for men wanting to grow their locks to whatever length they desire, regardless of their age, this app is the perfect tool.

I am starting out on my long hair journey
I am on my long hair journey, again. I have tried to grow out my hair before at least three (3) times but I have had to cut my hair because of pressure from others. I really like long hair on other guys and I like my hair. My head was shaved on Wed., Feb. 22, 2023. My hair has been growing for four (4) months and has now realized a growth of two (2) inches. Last Sun. someone mentioned to me that he was going to get a haircut and that I was letting my hair get long. He was mildly suggesting to me that I needed to get a haircut. I have joined Mannered Manes for advice and support to grow my hair out to terminal length. I would appreciate any help you can give to me.

Great App
This is a great app for men’s grooming and hair. Especially if you are looking for advice, tips and product recommendations for growing hair long. There is a member forum where you can post pictures and get advice from fellow members. The social side of the app is not as robust as the Facebook page. It would be helpful to be able to “friend” people and direct message or at least be able to have a short list of people who are particularly inspiring or are in a similar place with their hair type and growth. Would also be helpful to be able to add pictures to past months on journal.

Good App
As soon as you are done creating your account you are asked multiple questions about your hair, like hair type, hair color, hair texture, hair density, etc. I liked how it included every hair detail so you have a near exact description of your own hair, in the app, you could see other peoples post, updates, and you can search for articles based on your hair type or hair difficulties, you can also search brands, products etc. It’s a great diverse app and I would definitely recommend.

Awesome mens hair app and community.
Mannered Manes fanboy since the online videos and social groups were created. The app is an awesome experience for those growing out their hair and for tons of information to learn about your hair type and how to best keep it healthy and styled. I’ve learned more from this than even my hairstylist knows about hair. I have to teach her things I learn on mannered manes. The content is invaluable, smart and well researched. Definitely the best source for those serious about their long hair care!!!

Honest app
I’ve had this app for some time now and can see that the developers have focused incredibly on fixing the small bugs and listening to the users of the app. I really like being able to come to this app and have zero knowledge about head/hair health and can still navigate thru it all and find helpful information. It’s nice that the creators of this app make the areas of it relatable to what I’m looking for or my own experience.

I love how if your hair product you can add it it wasn’t available I added it and few days later seen it was now available option just in the short time I have seen good growth and potential to be the best hair care social app :)

Great app even for short haired men but there are some downsides dont get me wrong trav is amazing but i wish you didn’t need to pay for that other content theres not much reason to pay for it should just make it free and instant for better use and some people on the app if you cut your hair or try something else people might say some mean things

Good idea but…
The premise behind the app is good. However I get needing stuff for premium features to make the app profitable and worthwhile however, I don’t like the lack of a trial. Why would I commit to a premium if I can’t tell if it is worth the investment? Even if it’s only a free week then monthly begins if you don’t cancel like many other apps.
Nothing turns me off of an app more than having premium features without a trial period.
