Crashing
The app for iPhone is crashing since the last update. Tried to use the app support link but that didn’t load either.

App won’t launch
I use this app for work and now it won’t launch. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded it. When I launch it, it pauses then goes back to my Home Screen. I have a new iPhone 12
