Pretty Much Exactly What I Wanted ...
Many of the same games concentrate too much on graphics. This has pretty much all the features I want with very simple graphics. However, I like to play this games fast and sometimes the feedback of correct color and position is a bit lagging. A future feature suggestion: locking a color so that its position carries over to the next try.
Update: After playing nearly 300 games with all colors, multiple colors, and empty space(s) allowed, I still failed to find a solution less than 1% of the time. So, another suggestion for future releases is the option to expand from 4 columns to 5 (or even 6 columns) to make the game more challenging.

Best Option
The background color is important to me, this game has a relaxing background. The options for difficulty also work great. The developer keeps up with updates and the hints are a lovey bonus.

It’s good
This is exactly what I was looking for. I usually play super (8 colors) and same colors possible. Good little challenge. Only problem is that there are acheivements for this game that dont work. I usually don’t care about those little trophies but gosh dang it if you’re going to have them, make them work properly. I’ve been playing 3 weeks and never lost one game and yet the first achievement “it’s a start” where literally all i have to do is win still shows as uncompleted. Please look into that

Great game. Needs tweaks
I’m an experienced player; I love this game. But an earlier version that couldn’t be played on iOS versions beyond my iPhone 5 had addl features that I haven’t found here. For instance, you could lock in a color placement. You could click a color from a previous play and it would go up a move in the same position. Still playing, but would like a little more sophistication.

Almost perfect!
If the game would obey my phone’s dark mode settings, and if the score pop up from a completed game would give the option of a new game. I shouldn’t need to tap twice for that (once to close the notification, once to start a new game), it should be part of dismissing the pop up.

Graphically clean, perfectly laid out, this is what that game of Mastermind on an iPad/iPhone should be.
Version: I paid $.99 to remove ads.
The sounds are good, the graphics are flat (stylistically, in a good way), buttons are the right size, etc.
Absolutely 4 1/2 stars. May be higher.
Minor nitpicks: don’t like the massive Twitter & Facebook logos that pop up after a victory: “POST YOUR SCORE TO TWEETBOOK, GRANDPA!!!”
Consider a share button, or an opt out setting.

Cool but...
I’d give it five stars if it would just STOP with the annoying pop-up asking if I want a hint. I paid for the ads to go away, and that is an ad.

Broke good game
Latest version is a huge step back; the ‘blank’ as a new color is ridiculous- and they didn’t even have a window come up to alert one to the change. To make more possibilities they should have made multiple uses of the same color possible.
