3D match
I love this game it’s very challenging and addicting, but it can also be a little costly maybe not for a lot of people, but in these times money is everything way too many commercials, and you have to pay for commercials not to be displayed today’s age is all about money I wish some people would just create a game so we can enjoy it. I’m sure you get plenty of hits on your games because they’re successful. Make something for the people that don’t have $10 to spend every day. Thanks for letting me share but I will be discontinuing this game. It’s too costly and takes up a lot of time with commercials, but I guess that’s how you make your money just enough clicks in enough for you guys.

Great game.
I have another 3D Match Game that is almost identical except that one is a constant battle with ads and glitches. I paid for no ads on that platform and still had ads. I asked them for help and though they wrote back several times, nothing was ever done about it. So thankful I found this one. I love the game but was going to stop playing it until I found this one. Kudos to you guys.

Why I’m Deleting this App
1. I only play a few games but I have never had any games with this many ads and with such long ads. I’ve bought games before and discovered they have almost as many ads but disguised to make you think you aren’t getting ads — as if we are all morons. So I won’t buy games. I don’t mind ads but this game is ridiculous.
2. When you tap on pairs in this game, many times instead of going into the circle they fly across the board. When I am pairing at a fast clip and those pieces start flying around or only one goes into the circle, it could lose me the game because I’m already 4 pairs ahead when I see the first didn’t go in. That means I have to go back and redo rose 4 pairs. I tap on them just fine so it’s not how I’m tapping. I should not have to tap on a piece then chase it all over the board so I don’t lose it. It just ruins the game.

Game Glitch Makes Me Lose
I do like this game and I’m addicted, but it’s getting to the point now where I feel like the game is trying to make me lose. As the timer runs down and I’m on my last few matches, the pieces suddenly decide to gently float their way towards the collecting spot, usually missing it completely, instead of snapping to it like it had been. I’ve lost several games because I was clicking so fast I hadn’t notice a piece missed. Then when I try to catch up, every time I touch a piece it just gently floats somewhere else instead of snapping to the circle. I like this game, but this glitch is getting frustrating.

Support Link Not Working
Thought I would write a review because when I click on App Support, get the terms of service, and click the link for support, the link does not work. I love the game and would rate it at 4-5 stars, but not if I can’t get support. I am using a 2021 iPad Pro 12.9 inch screen running the latest IOS 16. The problem is, when I start a new level and the items fall down, the screen freezes completely after the items are in place. It’s not every time, but it happens quite a bit. I have to do a complete shutdown, and start again. It’s very frustrating, and even more so since I can’t access support to give you this information.

Where do the M coins go??
I love this game, but I pay to get the “M”coins and they just disappear! One level I will be up to 150 coins, and when I go to play the next level, I see the coins are down to 20. (Not exact numbers but you get the idea). I don’t want to be paying for coins and other “help” if they just disappear. What a waste of money. Also, the time I get to clear a board in most levels is crazy. Almost always under 3 minutes which to me, is not doable with the amount of matches needed. Ready to move on and find a different game.

Inconsistent play
Freezes often during play. Sometimes you are able to tap objects and the move to where they should go and other times they only move part way. Other times I have to resort to dragging the objects. All this is time consuming which causes me to lose the games as the timer runs out. This did not happen the first several times I played the game but then after I was really enjoying the game, the pauses and freezing started to happen in regular play mode and even in competition mode. I’m going to give up and look for a more consistent game without all the frustration.

Great game
It’s an amazing game I can’t lie about that. I usually play it at work or when I’m bored. However, I know this game is meant to be challenging and all that good stuff but it’s so frustrating. Sometimes I just want to sit back and find items without worrying about running out of time. There are way too many levels that don’t give enough time, and there are just few levels that give plenty of time. It’ll be nice if there was an option to just play without being timed or to give more time on more levels.

App freezes, virtually every day…
I’ve lost tons of points playing duals…because the game freezes..when I try to restart, i automatically get a loss… They haven’t helped me with my request…to get my points back. Today, it’s freezing up on ads,..so the ad is on your screen for several minutes.. In all, disappointing with the jerky jerky movements, while trying to move items on the screen After my review, Developer recommended I restart/force start… I have, of course, tried this many times. I send them a message every day about the freezing…they answered first couple of times…but now ignore my daily comments…

Keeps crashing!!!
Update: all of the recommended measures the developer stated in the response was completed. App/game still is freezing and game progressions are lost. I did not want to have yo keep starting over on the same levels-game has been deleted…it was fun though-work through this issue-you have come this far in developing it-don’t give up!
