Overall this app was good. I utilized it to supplement my studies and I passed the exam. It was handy and the cost for the extra questions was reasonable.
My criticism comes in that I was unable to submit the questions I had flagged as problematic. Some questions had inconsistent answers, for example there was one about jaundice at 24+ hours in a term baby and the correct answer was supposed to be that it wasn’t an alarming find, but the correct answer per the app was suggesting pathologic jaundice. The explanation that followed described it as would be expected as an expected finding. So the answer and questions were at times inconsistent and I couldn’t flag them. Some of the other questions were oddly worded and I know that’s a tactic used in these tests. But do fix the glitch so the inconsistent questions can be flagged.

This app was worth $10! It has helped me prepare for the MNN exam. Didn’t get 5 stars because some of the explanations were contradictory or confusing. Overall it was helpful!

PASSED my RNC-MNN
I bought this app and paid for the extra questions. Well worth the $ I only studied using the app on my iPhone and iPad. PASSED the test!!! Loved the convenience of the app. I could literally study anywhere anytime without anyone even knowing what I was doing! On con: not sure why they give 4 answers to the questions? Test is multiple choice with 3 answers.

This app is great for reviewing and just practicing how to answer questions! I love the rationale that it gives you for each answer as well.

Although some of the answers seemingly not correct when comparing it to the explanation of the answer..

Not impressed
The questions were good but several questions and rationales were not correct. There was one rationale that said that there is and increased rate of SIDS if the parents had a prior child die from SIDS, another rationale said there was not a correlation. I didn’t feel I could trust this to study for my exam.

The RNC exam actually gives you three (3) choices to choose from for an answer. This app makes you choose from four (4).
