Lifesaver, Quick, great Math Tutors ❤️ Worth the price!
My 11 year old son is homeschooled and I haven’t done algebra in over 20 years!!! I am shocked that 5th graders are starting algebra early 😩. This math tutor app is a lifesaver and saved me time on trying to figure out the solution before I explain the answer to my son. I am able to explain the equations and solutions to my son a lot easier and fast. Thanks to the tutors and quick questions to my math questions. I purchased the one year subscription and worth it!!!!!!.

Happy when it works
I have always had good response time during morning and daytime hours. At night(PST) it is hit and miss. At times I get the response that there isn’t anybody there to solve my problem and I had to wait several hours. My biggest issue is I paid for the premium service which provides 10 solutions a day. I have a constant problem of running out of solutions and I have had to purchase solutions to continue my work. I contacted support and they fixed the problem within a couple of days and I received my 10 solutions. However, after I used those solutions the account did not provide me anymore solutions so I had to purchase more. I contacted support again was told I needed to purchase the premium service for the daily solutions. I replied back I was a premium customer and I received my 10 solutions. That was the last time I received any daily solutions. I have since sent three messages to support with no response. I like the app when it works because they will show the work on how they reached answer.

They trying to scam you
I purchase 9.99 for 3 coins which it’s pretty expensive in first place. 2nd when you asked for step by step for a very detailed work; some workers only send you Photomath work which I didn’t ask for. Not explain by details they trying to find easy way to get your money. I could use photomath at my own time but I asked for professional to help and yet they aren’t professional since they needed photmath to help themselves. Also the support team is very rude too since they quoted “ I don’t understand, what is the reason for your conversion? You pay for answers to your questions, and how the expert will do it is his personal business) The most important thing is that the answers are correct!” I didn’t ask for the answer in the first place I asked for step by step detailed work. I don’t care about the answer I care about how you solve this equation by steps. If I pay $9.99 I don’t expect you to go in photmath and just send me answer. I expect you to help me understand how to solve this equation step by step. I wouldn’t recommend this at all. They just trying to scam your money! DO NOT GET THIS APP.

“Specialized education”
I downloaded this to test the app. I submitted a common core beginning of 4th grade decimal question. Asking for all decimals larger than 5.58 and less than 5.88 where the tenths is odd and the hundredths is even to be listed. After waiting 45 mins for an “expert” to connect, I was given a response from “Avery” telling me after review it was determined this type of question requires specialized education and would require their expert team 24 hours to solve the problem and provide me with the solution. This was “expert” advice that my 9 year old was able to provide a solution to in minutes. This was also with the paid service and not the free service. I would strongly suggest people seeking actual math assistance to find it outside of this app. Poor accessibility and lack of knowledgeable “experts” offering assistance. This isn’t differential equations we are talking about, it is grade level math, which should be the foundation of all advance maths. Very unfortunate.

Cash grab
I got the app because my friends won’t help me nor my teachers. Now it didn’t specify anywhere that it did or didn’t do word problems. Now I sent the screenshot of the problem then 2 minutes later I got the the reply but when I clicked, it sent me to a subscription. I don’t have money, I don’t want to pay, just say it isn’t free instead of wasting my time getting me more frustrated with math. 0 stars wasn’t possible so I’ll settle for 1.

It feels like AI hiding behind a human face. Honestly, I don’t wish to make a contact this shouldn’t be a issue in the first place still 0 stars but let’s settle for 1

top app for high school
My friend advised me to try this app few months ago and i know for sure that I’ll be using it till the end of my high school years. it’s extremely helpful and irreplaceable. i ususlly turn to math experts on expert chat and their feedback is always nice and friendly. it may take some time to solve some math problems but generally it’s rather fast and so far all the solutions have been made correctly. I get high grades each time i use it. no other tool helped me with math so much (and i’ve tried LOTS of them). i give it 5 stars😇

The app is okay. The problem is not realizing that you have to pay for more coins in order to get more solutions. I had already paid for the premium subscription, which is already a little pricey since I’m a college student already. But, I thought it would have unlimited solutions, and you wouldn’t have to buy them. Should of had something that let us know that we would have to pay again for more solutions. Plus, I would receive some experts that said they weren’t able to solve that particular problem which is a little disappointing since I really am struggling.

Scam!
This app is a scam. They tried to charge me $74, but my bank rejected it because it appeared fraudulent. It was. I never signed up for an account. Also, when I tried to contact customer service, the representative said that I needed to take a survey in order to cancel my subscription (you know, the subscription that I never wanted). Ridiculous. Why do I need to take a survey to delete an account? Also, when I clicked on the survey, the website wouldn’t even let me take it anyway, which I believe is also part of the scam. And, finally, to make matters worse, I asked the app for an answer to a single Calculus problem, and the app got the problem wrong. This app is absolutely fraudulent.

Horrible unless you’re doing basic math.
I am in calculus and have tried repeatedly to get answers to certain questions and expert after expert comes along and they all give the wrong answers. I’m giving up on this app at this point it’s useless. They take your coins and leave you with no answers, sometimes they take more than the task was worth. I’ve had to submit multiple reports. The experts can just block you from responding to them as they see fit, so if they give you an incorrect answer, but don’t want to deal with you, they just mark it as done and you can’t do anything about it. Great idea, horrible quality control. This app is garbage.

This app is free to install but once you download it, they won’t even solve 1 math problem without asking you to pay. Anything you click it will ask you to pay? I thought it would be free, not only that but it also takes time to answer so I have to put in a picture wait for a long time just to not get the answer and have to pay? I am sorry but it is night now and I lost my time to work on something extremely important that my grades depend on because of this! I don’t recommend this unless you are willing to pay an absurd amount for a little math answer
