Best Decision I’ve Ever Made!
I’ve been working with MAX1MUM since October and have lost 17 pounds and am down 3 pants sizes. I haven’t stuck with a workout or nutrition plan this long in years, but Max has made the process so smooth and enjoyable, that I’m actually LOVING it!

Not only have I shed some weight, but I’m getting stronger each week. I used to struggle falling and staying asleep but now I feel well rested each morning. My energy levels have increased and I’m overall so much happier.

When I first took the jump to sign up with MAX1MUM I was nervous. Max took the time to listen to my concerns and goals. He created a workout plan specific to my goals and comfortability in getting acclimated to the gym again. Weekly check-ins with Max help us stay on the same page and he’s always making sure I’m happy with the program/plan.

The MAX1MUM app is incredibly helpful in tracking nutrition, connecting with others in the program, and following along to step-by-step workout videos. Max may be miles and miles away from me, but his accessibility is unmatched. I’ve texted him with questions, messaged him celebrating milestones, and sent videos of myself performing lifts I’m unsure of to check my form… and every single time he responds quickly and is always helpful.

I could not recommend MAX1MUM more!

Great App For Logging
I use this app for logging food and workouts and it is a great tool to personalize a lot of the options I have. I’m able to create and change workouts as required, add cardiovascular workouts and even schedule yoga and stretching. The food capabilities make it where you’re able to select and view specific foods that are logged, or make your own based on imputing the calories. Easily able to make appointments with the coaches and submit everything. Easy to connect with IPhone for your devices and syncing up everything

Very nice tool to have
If you’re looking for an app that does many things for you, look no further. This app has so many capabilities to take advantage of. One of them is having the calories counted for you. Simply just log your food for the day, and you will see your caloric intake and macros for the entire day. Another cool feature is connecting your Fitbit/Apple Watch. This makes it see easy to make yourself/follow a well balanced diet to get the most benefits

If you are a beginner or experience this app is for you the custom workouts and personal aspects can help anyone out that is starting on a fitness journey the nutrition plan and workouts are customized for you your trainer works personally with you helps motivate you and keep you accountable and everything is at your own pace so it is not discouraging as other fad diet‘s or excessive challenges highly recommend to anyone in a fitness or wellness journey!

Highly Recommend
I am closing out 8 weeks with MAX1MUM 's nutrition and exercise program. I started the program when I was a little over 2 months postpartum. This program helped me learn how to fuel my body, and the exercise program helped strengthen my postpartum body and rehab old injuries.

I've lost close to 25lbs, and feel great! It had definitely helped jump start my journey. Definitely recommend this program 😊

Great app/ trainer program
This app has benefited me in so many ways in such a short amount of time. I am someone who knew absolutely nothing about working out or how to really eating right until I started working with max . I have a crazy schedule and this app/training is accommodating to that. I’ve recommended it to many people because I have seen actual lasting results, and I will continue to do so

Great app for pushing yourself
As a BMX rider and someone who always worked out on my own this app is a perfect fit for me. It gives me knowledge that I didn’t have before which allows me to push myself more then I was on my own. With guidance from Max with the types of workouts and nutrition, I was able to feel results on my bike and on my body in a couple weeks.

This app is easy to use and I like how smooth it is to move workouts around. It has so many figures on it and I like that I can keep all my fitness and nutrition progress and goals in one location. The best part of it too is being able to sync it up to my calendar and my fitbit. Definitely a great app to have and use.

Good app for tracking
Ive been using the app for a couple months now using the workout and nutrition side and I enjoy it. As someone who has been in and out of the fitness world this app helps me stay on track in regards to workouts/ meal plans. Would recommend for anyone trying to get on track/ reach a particular heath goal.
