The correct note is: effect of chain branching on physical properties: going from straight chain to branched alkane (with same # carbons) = higher freezing/melting point, lower boiling point.

Waste of money!
The app is not user friendly or worth any money. Pdf notes are okay, but if you were hoping to use the app mostly don't waste money.
