Easy claims Easy App
I’ve been using this app for a few months now and it’s so easy to use. I like I have access outside of work. I don’t have time to file my claims at work.
I can choose which account I need and take a photo of my receipt if requested, and check my balance. Plus the added feature where I can check to see if certain products qualify for me to use my card.
This is just a really great convenient app!

Quick Reimbursement
I learned with McGriff it is better to pay for medical services and then file a claim rather than use the debit card provided. I can claim mileage and reimbursements come quickly.

Small improvements
Easy to use. My suggestions for improvement would be to show the available amount on account when requesting a payout so we don’t have to back out and go back in for it. And to allow us to select more than one picture at a time to upload. And give the option to save name and tax ID for the facility.

I like it- It’s easy to use. I wish that the daycare provider would be available in a drop down or carry over since I have to type it out every time. if it had a memory function that would be wonderful. If it could remember the type and dependent that’d be good too.

The new HSA Investments splash screen is so annoying since it pops up every single time I open the app. Please make it stop.
The app is also very slow to load and you cannot associate uploaded receipts with a charge. Please make some updates to improve the customer experience and get rid of the splash screen.

Prehistoric technology
McGriff is really living in a different time. The security questions are ridiculous and clearly lack any sense of diversity in design. If you can’t remember the answers to the totally obscure questions you have to CALL THEM to reset access. And is it really necessary to have to choose five questions to answer? If you are attempting to conduct business on the weekend and need to be reset you can forget it. Come on. It is the year 2021.

Such a time saver!
Could be 5 stars if they made a couple small tweaks. Suggestions: have End of service auto populate with date entered for Start of service. Remove unnecessary click in Category & Type to get to Dental Medical Ortho etc. AUTO SPELL would be icing on the cake!

Completely awful
This app was doing an ok job at first. But for the past 2 weeks I can’t even login to the app. I now get “login failed. A problem has occurred. Please contact your service provider.” I have tried to login every day and get the same thing. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it - same thing. So frustrating. My previous HSA provider’s app was so much more user friendly and more streamlined. This one is ridiculous.

Simple but Effective Way to File for FSA Benefits
Not much to write, app is stable and does what you’d expect. App makes filing much more convenient compared to old provider that didn’t have app.
