Very helpful
Obviously your mileage may vary, but this app has been very helpful to me. It's a very easy, convenient way to keep track of your streaks, as well as your various forms of productivity during it. I only have two complaints. One, there is no way to invite MDF Battle competitors to become long-term accountability partners. I think that that could be very useful. Two, the daily motivational backgrounds and nofap posts are linked to specific days of recovery. This is sometimes helpful, as during day 1 you'll likely want the "what to do after a relapse" post; other times, however, it can be annoying, as if you're struggling to get past one week, you'll only see the same seven things, which greatly decreases their effect. If you could change these linked posts from scheduled to random in the settings, I think that could be very helpful. All in all though, still a 5/5, and a very good tool.

Best app out there for this stuff
I cannot stress enough how practical, convenient, and intuitive this app is. Not only does it look great and have basically no ads (that are painfully noticeable at least), it also has a ton of extra features and perks that continually motivate you to stay on track and monitor your progress. I also highly recommend you enable notifications as it will update you throughout the day with great quotes and encouraging messages to stay on track. Can’t recommend it enough, hands down best app for this stuff.

Great app! A few missing features.
This app is almost perfect! Great tracker! I love the free motivational wallpapers! I don’t even use the paid version! There are a few things I would add though. First of all, the community section should be more in depth. You should be able to track your posts in community and see their likes, comments, etc. Plus you should be able to see reactions to comments you interacted with. Second, there should be a notifications setting! To set reminders to drink water, read, take a shower, etc. It would be a great way to stay on track with your ideal self. Third, the panic button should do more than it does now. Like give you some ideas of things you can distract yourself with, or give you a motivational video to watch. Fourth, there should also be an option for a password lock on the app. To keep your journal, streak, posts, etc. private. Keep up the good work!

Great for accountability!
I love this app because having something like this to hold me accountable makes it much easier to keep my streak going. One thing I could possibly recommend is when they reach certain days on their streak it tells them the benefits that they may receive if they make it to that specific day. I feel like seeing what they may experience will encourage them to keep going. The app is great, just something I recommend if you need something to spice the app up a little bit

The ability to talk to people and meditate and to have everything the app offers makes it feel more possible and easier to deal with. I think this is a very good app, it will track your relapse from the moment you fail, and will track it until your relapse again or forever, you can also track your workout, cold shower, and meditation sessions. It even has an option to do a meditation session with a timer and music. I think it is a good app overall but I’m still confused on how to put the day you had a wet dream in the stats page.

Good but can be great
This is a really good however I think it could be even better. I wish I would receive A LOT more notifications about my progress and how well I’m doing as that would be a extra motivation to keep going. Also I think it would be a great feature to be notified about the recommend articles/videos posted to help others. Other than that great app.

I’m not the kind guy to go out of my way to write reviews… but this one has been to great to ignore. I am very sincere when I say that this app is the BEST nofap app out in the public. Good, easy to use for hitting your first 90
This is a good app for no fap/no porn because it’s really low maintenance. One click and you’re in! I also like that it includes other activities to support your streak (cold showers, meditation, etc) Helpful, positive reminders. Just overall inspiring, Man! I started a 10-day cold shower/meditation/reading (I was already doing pushups) challenge because if this app and I have not looked back.
