My kid frustrated and disappointed.

Disappointed after purchased the voucher from Plum District. The instructions on how to load books are not clear and I couldn't load all the books purchased. I have books with "Download". I clicked it and it would tell you % and it went back to "Download" after it reached 100%. Also it's frustrating to try to personalize the books.

Can’t access my books

I loved this app and used it daily with my kids. Then my books stopped appearing and Customer service could not fix the issue so I gave up. My kids recently asked for it again and I can even log in and the customer support link doesn’t work. It’s a shame since it was a great app when it was working!

This is one star because you have to pay for the books, I thought you guys said get started with five of your favorite books, all the books cost money.

Customer service saved my ios9 update

I originally had the Ladybird Me Books app with 12 titles. After I updated my iPad to iOS 9, those books vanished, despite multiple reinstalls. I contacted Me Books' customer service, and they confirmed the problem with iOS 9 compatibility for the old app. However, after sending them my receipts for the old book purchases and adding a free Me Books account, they restored my books to this version of the app. Thank you so much for your responsive assistance; my kids loved the Ladybird books and I did not relish the idea of buying them all over again. Now they can enjoy them again!

All around best app for kids storybooks!

My daughter loves to be read to, and I prefer her to "read" books on the iPad as opposed to playing games. This app offers a wide selection of books, from the classics like Beatrix Potter, to popular contemporary childrens books, such as David Melling's works. What I love most is the user experience with this format. It feels like you have a book in your lap and not just computer stills. Some of my daughter's favorite books are quite lengthy to read aloud, so this app gives a tired mom a break! Overall, a fantastic kids ebook app with a full library and growing!

Fabulous

This app is one my favorites for my youngest one. She is 6 and completely loves to read and listen to books. The characters voices are fantastic. I love to hear her giggle at the humor in them. I feel that this is so much better for her than a lot of other games and such out there. I find myself enjoying them too. Give it a chance and you won't be sorry.

loooove this app!!!!

simple layout without distractions for my 4 year old; engaging and beautiful with favorite stories for my 9 year old (i love that classics are available and that my little loves are reading books instead of playing silly games :))) excellent and prompt customer service support!!!! works great on iPhone 5, iPhone 4s, iPad air, iPad mini.

My kids love this!

I recently started using this app bedtime with my kids and they really love it! The whole experience is great, and it is very easy to use. I really appreciate the great library of classic children's books at a very reasonable price. Overall I would say it is a fantastic app if your children love storytelling, and want them to experience the classics.

Great app, amazing customer support

My three-year-old daughter loves this app! Nice selection and great quality books. And when I contacted customer service for a minor technical problem, Mike was incredibly fast to respond and SO helpful and nice. Nothing not to love about this app!

Great books, great narration, great app. Definitely worth checking out if you want to try a new spin on story time with the kids.
