Put your diet plan on cruise control with Meal ID. Our streamlined method makes it easy to use by just selecting your body type and input a few readily accessible information about yourself, and a personalized meal plan is built for you instead of using traditional calorie counting apps. You can either use our free or premium plan to reach fitness goals. As a free user, you can create a daily or weekly meal plan using the macro of your choice. To achieve maximum potential, upgrade to a premium plan to unlock all functions to make weight loss or weight gain super easy. With premium, you will be able to select more macro choices in addition to our popular standard keto, targeted keto and even the low carb macronutrient plans. In addition, Meal ID automatically tracks and graphs weight, body fat, lean body mass (LBM), and basal metabolic rate (BMR). Meal ID integrates with Apple Health App, which helps track cardio fitness, including average heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, and VO2 max.

How Meal ID works:
We use the Katch-McArdle Equation to determine your BMR. BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is roughly the number of calories you burn lying in bed.

Second, we estimate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure. TDEE is the recommended number of calories needed to maintain weight.

Once calculations are completed, a meal plan is then generated based on the macronutrient ratio or the body type that was chosen.

MEAL ID PREMIUM PRICING AND TERMS
Meal ID is free to download and use. Should you choose to upgrade to premium, we offer 3 auto-renewing subscription options – quarterly plan at USD 19.99, 6 months plan at USD 29.99, and the yearly plan at USD $47.99. Once subscribed, billing will continue unless canceled.
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Prices are fixed, and there will be no increases when renewals.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal can be managed by going to subscriptions in settings after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of the period will be forfeited.

I downloaded this app by accident was looking for Mealime or Loseit. Your video inspired me to download the app and decided to give it a try because how easy it was to manuever throught the app. All I can say is I signed up for the 6 month plan and I'm glad I downloaded it. I have also introduced this app to my coworkers and family members and now we are challenging ourselves to live a better healthier life. Thank you!

Waste of Money
I was looking for a food app for nutrition focused meal planning. I purchased 1 month of this app to check it out and was ready to cancel the subscription within the first 10 minutes. This app quickly throws together a meal plan with a “grocery list” but fails to provide any amounts for the ingredients. For example: Overnight Oats- Oats, Banana, Yogurt 4oz. That’s it folks. No recipe, no ingredient amounts and the grocery list says the exact same thing. This app has the potential to actually be something educational but unfortunately settles for complete lack of effort. Don’t waste your precious time here.

No one responding
I downloaded this app and paid for the subscription but the app did not turn out to be what I wanted to use. No big deal, but I reached out to the support through the email that was listed in the terms and conditions document, and no one has responded at all. I made sure I was within the window stared in the terms and I have not heard back about cancelling my subscription and receiving a refund within 7 days. At this point, I don’t even thing anyone is receiving my email. Please respond if you see this.

Potential, but not there yet
I put in that I was lightly active and was looking to put on a little bit of muscle and it recommended I basically eat 3 steaks a day and consume 4500 calories. There’s no good science behind it and the developers did a terrible job of organizing. When you go to print your shopping list it’s not streamlined at all. I need a refund, the fact you’re charging for this is ridiculous.

I love how easy and straight to the point this app is. Most apps today make are not that user friendly and and can be frustrating but you guys have made it so easy and streamlined. I love this.

Doesn’t plan meals
I put in all of my information, height, weight, etc. and the app makes me input the data over again for each day and won’t save any of the meal plans. Every time I click on the groceries button it says I have no meal plans generated. And you’d think you’d get an idea on when to eat your meals. Should I be eating every two hours or what?
