Love the simple view of my benefits
Easy to use - nice access to my Medica insurance and wellness tools

Slow and glitchy
Two stars because with patience, you can sometimes get the info you need. But it’ll cost you time and frustration. There’s no Face ID to save your password. The whole main page takes a long spinner to load. And then the page itself is made up of tiny little widgets that themselves need spinners to load. Unclear if this is just a single page app of the web site or actually passed testing being this slow. The app seems to have been designed by one-and-done app consultants with a skeleton crew of local IT keeping the lights on. For how much this coverage costs, the app should not be this hard to use.

Can’t even pay my bill
I figured an app would make it easier to pay each month rather than going to the website, but each time I tap the state drop-down the whole app locks up and I can’t do anything except go back. Also the payment page just asks you how much you want to pay which defaults to $0.00. So you have to memorize the amount or write it down then go to pay and type in the correct amount. Worthless app.

Can’t access ID card?
I was hoping to be able to add my insurance card to Apple Wallet, or at a minimum be able to access it from the app. Despite there being an “ID Card” section it is empty and just directs you to the full site. I’m not really sure what the point of this app is, then, I don’t need to check my deductible or whatever that often.
