Data is now synchronized across all your devices using iCloud. You can update your information on one device and it will automatically synchronize to all your other devices. For automatic synchronization just make sure you have iCloud drive enabled (under Settings -> iCloud -> iCloud Drive). Pull To Refresh is also supported on the main screen to initiate on-demand iCloud synchronization. Simply swipe down on the home screen to activate Pull To Refresh.

Nice app, if it worked
Nice format and easy to use. But that is where the compliments stop. Phone option to call doctors from the doctor listing does not work all the time. App is buggy. Keeps dropping you out of the section of the app you are in and taking you back to the main menu. Guess I got what I paid for since I took the free option.

Nice App
I downloaded the app to help keep track of my medical information as I have memory loss issues and needed something to help when I go to see a new Doctor and have to relive my history. It would be nice if the App kept a history of your vitals rather than having to transfer them to the Notes Section ever time they are updated on the front screen. Another update would be to allow for multiple Notes rather than editing the same one.

The only thing I wish I could change in this program would be to have a medicine interaction between medicines. There are so many medicines on the market that That they interact between each other other than that it’s a great program

I love this App
The only problems I’ve found is that every time I open this app I have to put in my height & weight. It never saves it. Also, I’d like to be able to type in what kind of Doctors I have. I need to add Chiropractor and Dentist to the list.

Great help
All of my doctors comment on how they love this app. No more carrying my medications with me. Only problem is I used to be able to take a picture of medicine bottle and now I’m not getting camera option.

Everything gone
I just went for a doctors appointment and I kept my surgeries and medications on this app. Went in and EVERYTHING is gone. So disappointed-it took me days and days to gather and input the information. When it worked, it was great. But is is totally useless now. Which you had a customer service person to talk to. Boo

This app has bugs
I lost all my Meds info twice and had to re-enter. Doctor info was lost once and had to re-enter. The procedures section keeps defaulting to the first listed doctor when I save it. My height, weight and BP info keeps getting lost. Yes, I paid the $1.99 to unlock this app.

Worst ever
This app has the best interface on the market, to bad it doesn’t work. I spent a lot of time entering my info and checking to make sure everything was in order. The next day I went to make a new entry only to find blank forms.

Nice app and it works just fine. I have a request. Please add a feature so I can also add my DENTIST and OPTOMETRIST. Also the app support webpage is in a language I don’t understand. Please add English language app support webpage. Thanks
