• Simple Meditation Timer
Set timer minutes or meditate with no time limit for ∞. Timer notifies when done but continues to keep time so that you can carry on the meditation if you wish.

• Interval alerts
Alerts at specified intervals during meditation. You can set them as alerts per minute or the total number of alerts. You have a choice of subtle haptic feedback guiding you through the intervals and bell sound alerts. You can also configure bells/haptic for the start and end alert.

• The Mandala
If you achieve your daily goal of mindful minutes, a Mandala starts blooming. Mandala resets if the streak is broken. Maintain the Mandala, maintain your bliss.

• Health app and Mindful Minutes

Perfectly Simple and Complete
Thanks for a great app! I have been looking for years for an Apple Watch independent meditation timer with background sound and wasn’t able to find one until this app. That it also syncs with Health, AND is able to incorporate mindfulness minutes from other apps, is above and beyond close to perfection.

I originally learned to meditate using 1 Giant Mind, but as my practice has grown more integral to my daily habits I’ve wanted to get away from my phone. It’s wonderful to start my day with meditation, but awful to wake up and immediately grab my phone to do so; it undercuts much of the benefit of starting inside myself.

This Watch app enables an entirely next level of practice from the beginning to the end of my day.

Near Perfect except missing “do not disturb”
This app has all of the features I’m looking for, but it would be perfect if the app would automatically enable do-not-disturb when entering a meditation just like Apple Workout does.

Often I forget to enable do-not-disturb manually after the meditation has started. When I try to enable it, I would inevitably exit this app this terminating the meditation session! Worse yet, even when I do remember to enable do-not-disturb before the session, I would forget to disable it afterward. It would just make sense for this app to automatically manage this for me instead.

Not just an app: a movement
First the testimonial: meditating daily was difficult for me, I tried a bunch of other apps, and with this one I’ve managed to have a streak of 118 days in a row so far. I can’t say my life has been transformed, but I do feel like I am 10% happier

Next, here’s what I mean about a movement: the developers are more responsive than any I have seen. They really truly want to make this the best app for everyone and so they take feature requests and actually make them happen. It’s so satisfying to suggest a future and see it in the app three weeks later. Come join the movement, suggest improvements, and join the revolution.

Great, but needs one simple update
Minimalist with everything needed, except one thing. The mandala will reset if you miss one day, and that is not optimal. There are seven stages until it’s full, and it should be at the stage where it equals the number of days you meditated out of the last seven. Not a complete restart if you miss one day. The current mandala algorithm is frustrating, as it requires perfection which isn’t realistic. Showing the number of successful days out of seven may help keep you motivated, as well as provide you with an at-a-glance perspective of your daily meditation frequency. Please update this to how it used to be, and I’ll give 5/5 stars.

The ONLY standalone meditation app for the Watch worth your time
Do you want a meditation app that
-doesn’t come up with weird WatchOS hacks to run?
-gives you a set time to catch your breath before your begin?
-treats your meditation time as a time of silence and peace, not for extra bells and whistles that you would outgrow in a week, anyway?
-values simplicity and respect for the user above all?

Then this is the ONLY app you need. I’ve tried dozens of other meditation apps for Watch that all hack their way around the WatchOS experience and offer intrusive audio guides. If you want peace and quiet while you meditate, this is your app! Developers are extremely responsive and understand there is a unique need not being met by other apps and have added smart, respectful features over time (like start delay timer).

I don’t want to see my phone in the morning and value the quiet time with just my watch - this app is the only one that acts like it knows that. Bravo to these developers! Get this App!

Perfect app for meditation!
Okay so I’ve recently become invigorated to improve my life as much as possible and I’ve taken an incremental approach to introduce things into it. One of them being meditation. I love that you can set this app to one minute and the haptic alerts that let you know when to begin and end. The developer is very responsive (responded the next day if not hours). I some how changed the setting for my interval and didn’t realize it was controlled by the crown but the developer let me know and I’m back to making progress. Thank you!

This App is Perfect
This app is perfect. Gives you just what you need, nothing you don’t. I love that I can set a start delay to give me time to settle into position. Also, the clock keeps going even after the timer goes off in the event that I decide I’m not done yet! And what really impressed me is that the time I spend meditating with my guided meditation app even shows up on this app. I’ve doubled the amount of time I meditate each day because it’s motivating to see the hours add up! Simple, beautiful, effective.

Great on iPhone, not on Apple Watch
At first I used this on my Apple Watch and couldn’t stand it - it is too hard to adjust the timer duration, and too easy to accidentally not save a meditation session. I used the app for a week and then gave up.

But then I switched to the iPhone version and it’s great. It’s easy to set the timer, easy enough to save. I also really like the feature of occasionally making a small sound during the meditation session; it helps keep me on track if my mind starts wandering. I will definitely keep using the iPhone version of the app!

Simple and exactly what I need
I love this app. I just click Start and then turn in my meditation music and stop all of it when done. I have been using it for over a year and love to see my progress. I am happy that it integrates with my iPhone health app. The only issue I had was using it on my watch , it would reach then end of my time I set and then not save. Maybe that is fixed. I just use my phone now. Thanks!

App checks all the boxes!!!
I exchanged a couple of emails with the app developer to suggest a few minor add-on feature enhancements. A couple of weeks later the enhancements are delivered to provide an even better application experience.

This is an amazing but simple to use application. It provides an untethered application experience that allows you to utilize the full capabilities of your Apple Watch.
