Exactly what I needed, but could use some improvements!
I have a very hard time closing my eyes during a meditation and truly not being distracted. This method allows me to concentrate, visualize my breaths, and pay attention to my distractions and watch them dissipate.

There’s some room for improvement — I feel like I need to know more about the app and the story behind why it works, science behind visualization, etc. The app didn’t really have an intro, you jumped right into it. There are instructions, but a guided tour and explanation of everything not in tiny text as you’re trying to use it would be a great improvement. Very excited to see and try future iterations. I have a feeling I’ll be pleasantly surprised!
