aura of peace in my life
Until I started a daily meditation practice, I didn't understand how much anxiety I brought into so many moments and activities. My doctor prescribed deep breathing / meditation (among other things) as treatment for my Central Sensitization Syndrome. Of the many things I have to do in my treatment, meditating with Aura, stretching with Aura music, is my favorite part of the day. The other things often feel like work, but I am growing and learning so much through meditation.

I developed a panic disorder about four months ago that causes me to have multiple panic attacks daily and is also greatly affecting my sleep. This is all then snowballing onto my family. This app has given myself as well as my husband and two children(8 & 13)some essential tools to help manage the new stress and anxiety within the household. I love the meditation and the sleep stories are great at stopping the spiraling thoughts at 3am. Thank you Aura.

Wonderful Way to De-stress
My life can be very hectic and stressful. Aura has some wonderful sounds that help me relax. I use it in my office now in the background as well as when I am trying to get to sleep at night.
The Mix feature is particularly nice. I can create mixes that particularly work for me.

using everyday to get best out of it
I find the app itself is worth every penny. The free Basics course has a lot of great information to get you started meditating. There are meditations on all types of subjects. Stick with it - they do evolve and introduce new skills. With regular practice I've noticed a world of difference in my mood and how I handle difficult emotions.

Relax melodies are really great. Nice soothing sounds and peaceful sounds. It has white noise also. It's a great relaxing, mindfulness app in App Store and the price is quite low because I can buy whatever I need. Right now I just buy meditation and relaxing sounds only and it’s great.

Nowadays I start every morning with this app. I woke up around 6-7am and it reminds me to do meditation. I start meditation for 20 minutes then I go for my regular daily work. This 20 minute fresh my mind and help to be focus. I ❤□❤□❤□ it. thanks, Aura Team. One recommendation is to enrich the library every day.

Great app to use
I am looking for some new app on meditation field and find this one. It has huge collection of meditation. I love the mantra section . The sound quality are great. One thing I notice that it may take some time to fetch audio. So you should focus on this. Love it ........
