It’s great not to have to carry my member card and my phone. I also like having club information on hand when I need it.

Bookings made easy!
MemberMe+ is a very easy to use and convenient app. I no longer need to make a phone call to book a class, just a few taps and I’m booked! I can even sync my classes to my personal calendar. It’s also great having access to my member card from the app so all I need to bring is my phone when checking into my class.

Overall Feedback
I would like to give an overall feedback on the Instructor, the mobile app and equipment... My instructor Lauren Benincasa is the BEST! She is so helpful and always available to assist me with my workout and fitness goals... I also like and enjoy the equipment. The variety is helpful to accomplish all your fitness goals. The mobile app is very user friendly

Buggy (but promising)
This app is a user front end for managing the web based EZ Facility which our gym has just started using. It looks promising but for now it can’t even do simple tasks such as syncing calendar appointments consistently- it’s hit or miss. I will say the developer seems interested in getting to the bottom of it and has been reasonably responsive with emails. Also, there may be some EZ Facility administrator configuring (switches and toggles) that our local gym needs to get right, hard to tell from my seat as a customer?

Perfect for on the go
As someone who is always on the go this app makes it super convenient for me to choose what class I can make it to at the gym. Also pretty great that I can submit feedback to my gym anonymously when they run out of towels....again.

Doesn’t allow staff to view and edit schedule
I’m a new user of the MemberMe+ App. While it has some cool features to setup for clients, there is absolutely nothing that allows my staff to schedule their clients through the app, view, or even make edits. This makes things very complicated, especially since my previous company had all these different types of access. I think my decision to go with this company would’ve been different if i would’ve known that these limitations were involved.

Updates never work and makes it crash
New update today for bug fixes, now i cant even open the app. The app also makes no sense with the layout, i get notifications for announcements and when you select announcements nothing is there, you have to dig around to find out where it is to get rid of the red bubbles.

Terrible
This app is terrible. Crashes anytime you try to refresh something. Notifications don’t clear, even when you clear them. It barely works. The Facebook button takes you to your own Facebook feed. I already have an app for that. It’s called Facebook. Thanks for not trying.
