Strange App
This app crashes CONSTANTLY unless you only select “view member card”.
But when you view a card, you can’t read anything on it because of the color scheme. There’s white lettering and a big white circular orb right where the lettering is, making it extremely difficult to read. Please change this to black lettering or just make the colors flat so the white lettering can be viewed.

Crash Crash Crash
The app crashes within three seconds after you login. Even when this app was working it would not deserve 5 stars. All the 5 star reviews with a short sentence is nothing more than setup reviews. They say they update or they just made an update and you should try again. Surprise I tried again with my phone, os and app updated and it crashed. BTW, there was no update from the time I posted last till when the told me to update. Fix the app and stop putting fake 5 star reviews.

Crashes, stalls and has limited features
You can’t accept a new member payment. It stalls and crashes more often than not. Simply a poorly planned app with many limits. It only handles credit cards and doesn’t permit you to process cash or checks you receive at an event forcing you to switch between the app and the website.

👌🏽 I have no problem using this app. It does what it's supposed to - I can take credit card payments anywhere, and members of my club can view their membership card online.

Member payment
Your membership doesn’t update automatic payment and this month reflects no payment yet received for my automatic payment that is to show payment for 8$ by the 15th of May. I cannot receive

Crash Crash Crash
This app literally crashes everytime I log in. I can't even change settings because the moment I touch something the screen goes black and then kicks me out. I literally in have this stupid app for the Air Force so I can use my stupid membership card on base and I can't even prove that I'm a member half the time because all this app does is crash crash crash no matter what!

Update doesn’t work
I’ve done everything to try to make this app work. I’ve updated my phone, uninstalled the app, reinstalled and restarted my phone and it only crashes! It’s rally frustrating for me as an admin to get people to join our club and not be able to view their cards and see things happening! We are losing people because of this app!!!! Fix it!!!!!

Constantly crashes
The app constantly crashes unless you view member card. Color scheme is bad in “Member Card” and needs to be updated.
This app could be beneficial to Air Force Clubs if it works. More funding needs to be directed to the programmers of the app. Like most things in AFSVC, It’s probably contracted out, but they need to hire their own programmers to make this app useful. Or rework the contract.

Worthless App!
I’ve been a member for years and unfortunately the app has yet to fix the constant crashing that us consumers experience on a daily basis. At this point I’ve realized that it’s pointless to have this app take up space if it can’t when do it’s intended purposes. Do better.
