2023.1.2
2023-08-18
This release is all about little tweaks and getting ready for what's to come.
Lots of things were changed under the hood to make the game easier to port to other platforms, if any new platforms were to be released in the near future.
But of the things that a player might notice:
• Buttons have a different color, depending on whether you're in dark or light mode, that should make them pop more against the colorful background.
• The "Retry Level" button is capitalized, as it always should have been.
• The "Buy Coins" sheet looks a little nicer and is visually more consistent with the rest of the game.
• Occasionally, the "Retry Level" and "New Game" buttons could be laid out oddly. This has been fixed.
• and there's a new icon

Bugs were squashed.
There was a bug involving the share button and a bug involving threading and coins.
Neither one of these should have affected any users in the short time since they appeared.
Still, if they did, please give this version a try.

Major Changes:
* The background changes as you progress through the game.
* Starting a new game gets you a new background.
* You can now play Joggle in landscape mode.
* The "haphazard" (default) layout is a little more haphazard. There's more variety in the way it places game pieces.
* There was a bug that was happening for folks with power save mode turned on. The screen would dim as the sequence was being played. This has been fixed.
Minor Tweaks:
* The last game pieces that appears for you will always be a golden trophy now. If you get there, you've not beaten the game, but you at least know that you won't see any more game pieces.
* The picture sent with the share button is higher resolution.
* When a new game piece is added to the game, it appears before the other pieces so you won't be surprised.
* When you share your game status, the App Store page link is sent along with your message.
* The Info view has a link for submitting a review of Joggle
* Joggle will ask for a review after you've played a few games
* There were also just some general improvements to the way things are laid out.
