So once you use the first 100 energy points, it does not regenerate? I keep coming back and still 0 energy.

Every merge game I ever played, when you step away from it for a few hours or a day, the energy recharges so you can keep not only merging things to complete the quests, but it allows you to keep playing the game.
The creators did not include this into the game! They make you have to BUY energy to keep playing. In the history of phone merge games, you only should be doing that if you already ran out of energy after it was refinished first.
Gamers will not pay everytime to refill energy if the app never offers a refresh refill of energy once a day for free.
Hopefully the creators rectify this or this game will be 100% DOA and never played by phone users.
