This is the best merge game, better then merge magic and merge dragons for ME. Why? First of all you only need 25 magic power to enter event and you can also get 10 mins to let the Elve have infinite harvest and magic, and dragon don’t have that. I only play for like 1 day and I’m already like it. Keep it the hard work! And love the game :) TIP: hold on anything you want wait for it to make it bubble.
Edit: I am a real player these what I say is real I love the game I don’t think this game copied magic and dragon because those games have the same thing just different and this one is also like that you can also customize the girl so I don’t understand why people say this game copied.

Lost m progress and part of my purchases
I’m very disappointed in this game is to be one of my favorites, and when the game was logged in on my new phone I logged into my account and it saved over as a new account instead of loading process. I lost more then half of my in game purchases and all game progress aside from the elves I had. I’m very disappointed with the way that Support handled it, because nobody ever got back to me when I explain the situation. Do not download unless you don’t mind starting over. I hope this saves someone from the headache.

Merge Elves keep glitching
I have already deleted the game 2 times because while im in the game, the game would freeze, then I’d close the app and when I reopen it, it’d be stuck on the loading page. The first time I re-downloaded the game, my process was loss, the cloud save was there but it didn’t load. I had to start the game all over again, and the second time, thankfully, cloud save did work. But now the game is stuck on the loading page again, and if I have loss my process again, then I’m ready to give up on the hame. I really loved everything else about the game but this issue needs to be fix.

Beautifully crafted but constant crashes
Recently found this jewel and I am enjoying new merges; however it crashes constantly. if i do several merges back to back crash, if i try to watch a video it crashes and when i say crash, game freezes and must be force closed. I like the game but i am increasingly annoyed and frustrated with the crash interruptions not to mention I am uncomfortable using any more real world money on the game while in this unstable state. I’m using a new iPad and i play a couple different merge games and this is the only 1 with this behavior. Please let me know if there are settings i can adjust to mitigate this issue. It’s a nice game that I am unable to fully enjoy. Event is virtually unplayable due to the freezing.

Good, but cloud save needs fixing
The game is awesome but the cloud saves messed up the experience, I had a glitch so I had to delete the game but didn’t know about cloud save, I tried 2 times but it seems like my save is just gone. If you could fix this and somehow get me my save back that would be awesome but I just want others to be safe from this happening. I spent money on this game after all!

I’ve been playing this game a few days ..And I like it except for one thing these are the laziest bunch of creature I’ve ever seen in a game ...They sleep most of the time and when they come out there able to do one job then there back to sleep and I have more then first level creatures .....And it would be nice if I didn’t have to keep taping the item I want them to harvest ....Other games you tap it once and they keep going back ...These creature get lost and I have to keep showing the way back ....If they even get to go back usually there to tired after the first job ...I’d give it a higher star when I see this fixed ....

Gram games is the company of merge dragons and merge magic, urs is ivy mobile or something. The sound/song/music in the ad is the same of merge dragons and most of the animals on the ad is from merge magic. Idk if u are still are merge magic and merge dragons person but with a different company. Doing these stuff are wrong so u shouldn’t do that. Ty to a comment/review for letting us know, I didn’t recognize the song but the animals until that comment/review I salute u. And this game and merge magic has treants. This is wrong to copy another game, they even both have SEASONS and I also downloaded this game just to write a review. Please stop copying other games that isn’t yours.

Zoom problem
I do not like that the only way to contact the developers is to write a survey and answer questions. I have tried to contact the developers for over five days the zoom problem in the garden and the games making the playing of the game extremely difficult. You can no longer zoom out. I have contacted them every day for five days and not had a response. Nor have I seen the game fixed. I have spent months in this game and thousands of hours watching ads as well as lots of money on things. I do not want to play this game anymore because it’s too difficult because there is a glitch that is not getting fixed

Good but one thing
One problem otherwise would be 5 stars. After the elves sleep they can only harvest once. That doesn't make the game move at an even pace. They should be able to harvest their full amount. Even baby elves get to harvest four times. This makes getting new critters pointless. If you can fix this ill rate 5 stars

Stealing money
These games are my entertainment vice. All good when it works. I was buying gem packs and the game had a glitch. It was crediting me with the purchase. I did not realize the charge was going through. An update was put out specifically to correct the purchase issue. So I’ve paid for something that I did NOT receive. Apple says too bad no refund. Game developers refuse refund. And now also won’t credit me with the purchased items. So apparently when you agree to terms of service you’re giving them rights to charge you and NOT deliver the purchased items.
