You can control the bottom of the screen the three block group drag to the top of the board.If you click on the block group will rotate. If there is connected to three or more than three the same number of blocks adjacent will upgrade to a higher number of squares, "M" is the final number, if three or more than three connected will be completely removed.

Lame.
The game starts off well enough, but it never (literally never) gives you [4] or[5] so some spots are impossible to fill. It also doesn’t give you enough single blocks to finish the game. More single blocks and give 4’s and 5’s.
Consider adding an option in settings where you can turn on the various numbers to be given, so we can adjust the level of hardness depending on how our skill progresses.
