Metro - The Board Game Hack 2.0 + Redeem Codes

Overall this is solid, almost dangerously so. The issue is periodically it just gets stuck on a move with AI. I think it tends to be Jules but am not certain. Even pausing and going back wont get it unstuck though i would say this is only one game in 10 or 20.

As others have mentioned, the game sometimes freezes. Also, as others have mentioned, having to select the piece over and over again to try it in different places is tedious and not intuitive. Finally, on a small screen with older eyes, it can be difficult to trace tracks (especially from yellow stations). An option to have the game color in routes in progress might make gameplay easier in terms of strategy (boo!) but also easier in playability (yea!).

When I set the game up, it took me to a screen where all the players are listed on one side. The other side is blank. There is no way to leave this screen. No Start button. Just a frozen screen.

So I went to the Menu, then restarted the game. Same thing as before.

So I tried the Menu, then Help. I got the first Help screen. But again the game froze. There is no way to proceed from that first Help screen. And the Menu stopped responding.

This is an incredibly slick interpretation of the base Metro game. I can only hope in time they’ll add many of the gameplay variants available in the game (not expansions per se, but advanced variants like the inclusion of shares, rotatable tiles, or hidden owners available in the physical board game).

The least this should have is pass and play. I bought this to play with may family thinking it would have pass and the play. This game would be easy to play that way. Please add it! If it had pass and play then I would give it 4 stars, other variants would make it 5.

The game itself is well ported and fun. But in an absurd oversight, it only works in single player mode. The online button brings you to an unintelligible half German, half English website, and any amount of hoop jumping doesn’t facilitate a multiplayer experience of any kind. Not even pass and play.

This is a fun game. I’d rate it higher if there was a pass and play option or the ability to randomize the start player.

My wife and I love to play this game asynchronously. However, it’s hard to set up a game and the lack of notifications is frustrating. We went in this morning to set up a game and couldn’t. We would like to see an update fixing these issues please.

They would make the game so good

Ok game, basic but still fun. Having to deselect the tile to be able to place it somewhere else is a little bit of a pain, and makes it a little bit of a pain to figure what you are going to do.
