Pathetic App Pathetic Company
Totally useless
Either server is offline throughout the year
Or the app doesn’t connect to device
All other brands Gree, Haier etc have simple one touch intuitive connection & functionality. Useless paying extra for WiFi enabled appliances when you can’t use it. The App is just as pathetic as the products, after sales & customer service of Orient Pakistan.

Needs improvements
The iOS version needs to be updated to the latest version 4.49. The Room Temperature sensor doesn’t seem to be reported correctly. The autopilot feature should be introduced for Ultron Bold 18G gold inverters. The instantaneous graphs used previously were much more useful. Energy consumption daily in kWh would be much more useful in bill calculations. Thanks

Waste of time
App takes multiple attempts to connect to air conditioner but does not control remotely. Did not turn device on/off from phone, did not change temperature, did not show current or temperature or any other values. Complete and utter disappointment and waste of time.

Sensor data doesn’t update
No matter how many times you write a review, these guys just won’t listen. I don’t know why is it so difficult to understand that the user wants sensor data in real time. But here even after the update the issue persists!!!

Every smart product has an smart app, which increases sales and engages buyers to bring home. Unfortunaly
Mevris is no real-time and has to do many improvements in predictions chart too.
Kindly let us know when are. We getting an upgrade with realttime sensors activity of ampere, current, voltage etc...

Worst IOT app
Worst IOT app seen where none of the sensors work. More seems to be like a school IOT project - wasted money to opt for 6 orient smart ACs and was hoping to pull reports to monitor my usage. It would be far better to use widely available sonoff type devices and use them - bad service and marketing by orient

My biggest mistake was to buy Orient this year Half season have passed waiting for update same problems that people were facing in 2020 are the same facing in 2022 if you are planning to buy Orient DON’T BUY ORIENT
