Wasted a dollar…
Sound does not come out of watch speaker, sound that comes out of Bluetooth is very distorted for most presses and every so often it sounds - but not at all like a piano, but more like the old games bleep sound. Only way to convince me this is not a scam is to fix quickly, otherwise Apple should pull this from the App Store.
