Mile a Day is a walking challenge that encourages individuals and teams from different worksites to establish and track healthy walking habits. There has never been a more important time to get outside and spend time walking in nature.
This app makes use of the Apple Health app to calculate your progress.
The tracking of this app is terrible. I will walk briskly for 90 minutes and it will tell me I’ve walked two miles. When I walk with my sister and we start a session at the same time and place, we end with different distances. Because it is a competitive program, the tracking really should be accurate. There’s potential for this to be awesome.
