I’ve never been one to lift. Found it confusing ie... how many reps, form, body parts, rests etc etc.
my friend told me about their program and I fell in love from day one! Everything is planned out for you, and for me that’s very important . Video demonstrations are in app which is a huge timesaver .
Also, I love their food plan, I’m doing a keto plan, and the meals are delicious. The food plan gives you a weekly grocery shopping list, recipes, portions etc etc. looking forward to hitting my summer body goals :)
There are a couple if glitches in app( it’s the first version there’s bound to be a couple) the app makes you log manually every time that you want to use it. But that’s really very minor and doesn’t subtract from how great the programs are!
