Greatest app ever!
Mindgrasp has made studying so much easier. I used to do a lot more homework and studying before I found out about this app.

everything is raw, does not work.
I paid for everything but I just can’t log in, neither from an iPhone nor from a computer. there is no way to contact the company or support. I have to write here to solve a simple question with a seedling.

App itself doesn’t even work!
Downloaded this today & paid for the Basic Plan which was like 6.99/month but came with a 7 day free trial. I was excited about this because most of the other ones are that price for a WEEK. But of course, too good to be true. Downloaded the app & it wouldn’t do anything, it was as if I didn’t sign up for it. Went through my settings to check my subscriptions & make sure it went through. It showed as active! Force quit the app a few times, restarted phone, deleted & redownloaded the app & nothing worked. Cancelled my subscription within 20 mins of subscribing to it. I have an iPhone 11, so maybe the software isn’t the best with the phone, idk. Hopefully they’re able to work on it.

Broken
Mindgrasp is broken right now. I have a subscription and it won’t let me use the app because the window telling me to choose a subscription keeps popping up. When I choose the one I already have, it tells me I’m already subscribed to this subscription. The window goes away for one second and then comes back again. The same thing is happening online. I tried canceling my subscription along with deleting the app and trying again to no avail.

The Mind grasp app is completely unusable. You still can’t upload files, copying and pasting is somehow broken as well as it cuts much of the text your trying to paste. If you plan on using this service explicitly on mobile save your money. people are paying money to use this service, please fix the app or remove it from mobile all together

I have tried this both the ipad and my iphone and I am literally unable to use it because the purchase membership screen keeps popping up, and I am unable to exit it even after I purchased the subscription. Please fix this because I am stupid. Thank you

I have purchased the subscription but every time I attempt to “restore purchase” the purchase options come back up. Very frustrating. Deleted and reinstalled app.
