Description

The Mindr Mobile Personal Monitor is for when you need help but cannot ask for it yourself.

Based on your settings, the app regularly asks if you are OK. If you do not respond, it assumes you are not OK and wish help from contacts you define.

When your contacts are notified, they are supplied with location path if enabled, notes or photos you entered about your activity so that your contacts can take any steps they deem necessary.

Your contacts are alerted by email and text message from our server.

If enabled this app uses GPS to determine where you went in case it has to send an alert. Continued use of GPS in the background will decrease battery life.

- We only use the GPS if enabled in settings and while running a monitor. We changed permission of GPS to WhileInUse which is all that is required.
- Send extra panic message to server when entering panic state to speed server response.
