Awesomeness kug,
First RPG Game
This is my first time writing a review for a game. I have never played any games like this before and at first I thought it looked weird but I was soon enthralled in the amazing storyline and gameplay. The community is one of the best I have been a part of and it is genuinely one of my favorite games on mobile. The game was relatively easy to understand and had plenty of opportunities for the player to grow quickly. Not to quick, though. It takes time to progress through the game and although there are season passes and such which bolster your progress, they are not necessarily to play the game. There is so much content and every week there is new stuff. Seriously one of the best games I’ve played. Also, I feel it is important to also mention that the devs are very good with keeping up with the community and are very fast at dealing with the problems. Which are few and far between. This is an amazing game that has far less recognition than it deserves. 10/10 game.

Adds Glitch Game
I like this game a lot and I play it several hours a day but the adds constantly glitch out the game and I have to restart. I have issues where if I watch certain adds like this zombie add it never gives me a way to close out of the add, so then I’m forced to restart the game. It’s literally impossible for me to get down to the necromaner without using the adds to my advantage so I can’t complete the quest. I also have ab issue where if I watch too many adds in a row my game will glitch and I won’t be able to collect my winnings from killing an enemy, and half of the screen shows the ‘claim’ button and all of the winnings displayed while the top half of my screen shows my character in the area im in, and a red x. When I hit the x it came up with the options to surrender and when I hit it nothing happened. The screen stayed the same and I was still able to to hit the x again to surrender but it was always the same outcome. This made me have to restart the game on my phone too. And I also noticed if I watch too many adds it will make the enemies glitch while their moving and my character glitches too, and I have to restart. I also frequently go to the dungeon when it should be full of enemies and there are only one of the enemies on their floor, and I have to restart to get the rest of them. I love this game but currently because of the adds I can’t progress at all.

There’s a lot of stuff to do, like mining and crafting and combat and trade, but it’s difficult to get to all of it due to progress-breaking bugs and ads needed to make progress at a bearable speed.
Bugs first: wouldn’t save my character’s appearance or name multiple times, I have several quests that I have completed or met the requirements for that are stuck on my quest list or are unable to complete (my red mineral is at 16/10, all freshly collected, and it still won’t let me turn them in for example), sometimes after a quest or obtaining a new gear I have to close and restart the app since it doesn’t act as though I’ve obtained/equipped an item and gets stuck, and after watching some ads the ad will complete and close and the screen gets stuck at plain black and never loads back into the game forcing me to restart (and lose my place in the combat areas often).
Ads: there’s ads for everything, which yes are avoidable but the only way to progress beyond a crawling speed is by watching them to multiply your money, mine resources faster, continue during combat, obtain blueprint parts for free, shorten caravan times, and more. I wish there was more to do that didn’t require ads. It doesn’t really play as an idle game since you need to constantly be watching ads to multiply or boost in order to make any significant difference. Especially bothersome when the ad glitches and crashes the game, making me lose progress.

Great support
This is my first review ever but I had an interaction with a staff member “Danai” on their discord which is the reason I decided to go through the effort to leave this somewhat lengthy review. I had the game for a few days and liked it so I figured I’d buy the VIP package but when I did something happened and the money was spent but I didn’t get anything. I figured it was lost or at the very least I’d have to spend a long time getting into contact with someone who could do something about it, but I joined the discord and left a message asking about it and not even ten minutes later I get a reply from Danai. He said to send a private message to him and we could sort it all out which I did and after about 20 minutes mostly due to me looking around for a receipt I got my purchase in-game. This Danai person was super helpful and very respectful during our conversation. I would recommend this game to others purely based off of my interactions with staff as they’ve been nothing but amazing and a bonus is the game is fun so you might as well try it out it’s free.

Based on the title you probably think I’m being toxic but I’m not this is the problem I’m having and yes I did say some stuff that I guess didn’t think would be offensive but I just asked a question to some gay people and they thought I was trying to start a debate it was a question about there point of views I wasn’t going to change there minds I just wanted to hear other peoples views and so I asked the question and they reported me and banned me from the chat I don’t know how I was attacking them but it’s infuriating that’s all I don’t like with this game it quite small but this game over all is top notch I love it and hope it gets better and better

Mobile Dungeon Crawler
I’ve had this game for a few months now and in my opinion it’s incredibly fun and has very few frustrations. Starting with the things I like, when you first start it has a short introduction with a tutorial that’s well written. You mine materials that has different values throughout the game. It also has multiple dungeons for you to fight mobs of monsters that drop materials to craft and upgrade items throughout the game. There are micro transactions and about 20% of the offers are truly great deals while the rest I ignore because I believe you shouldn’t have to pay $15+ for anything on a mobile game. Other than that the story line is entertaining, the mobs/dungeons keep you on your toes and the devs do update the game frequently with events that are free to participate in. The only thing I would change about this game is I would make the drop rate of certain rare items more frequent for VIP players. Other than that this game is fun and you should give it a try before you scroll past it.

Does no one else find it disturbing how much data it takes from you??? It has an option for no personalized ads but nowhere does it say that it's not still taking as much information as it can get its hands on (see the bottom of the App Store page for everything it can scrape from you). I'm usually not one for caring about that, data is super valuable for literally every online service (I've literally taken data mining grad courses and work in the games industry, believe me, I get it), but it feels REALLY weird that it's taking so much info and not being transparent about whether you can disable sharing information...unless you're in California and dig up and fill out an online form on the developer's website... There's no option to delete your account, so I've emailed support to delete it, but after browsing the rest of the 1-star reviews, I'm not hopeful that support will actually be helpful! (Also...the game is just bad, buggy, and not very fun, but that's another story.)

Great idle game, but too many ads.
I really enjoyed the first hour or so. I wanted a casual game to keep me busy when I have downtime. This game filled the void pretty well. Reminiscent of Terraria. But the game structure incentivizes you to watch ads at every turn to multiply your gains. As someone who tends too power game through, I’d say I probably spent 40% of that hour letting ads run to advance the game. The alternative is to sluggishly advance through the game at a fraction of the pace. Collecting resources is also a start and set your phone down kind of task, so another incentive to multiply gains whenever possible. I’m just incredibly disappointed.
Side note, the game has a no ad option that is $10/mo. I just couldn’t justify giving the game company money. The game is structured to pressure you into paying them $10. Do I think this is a $10/mo game. No. If it was a flat, one time fee maybe. Thanks for reading.

This game is smoking garbage. I being a new player bored of all my other ones only to be deeply disappointed. Not only are the controls stupid and generic, but it takes so long to craft ANYTHING. However my biggest quip is the god awful world chart. For future players go play something els because all I said in the world chat was and I quote “doesn’t everything try to kill you in Australia?” Just trying to be friendly, but I get freaking banned! Because this game uses ✨moderators✨which is absolutely stupid because most of them are snowflakes and get triggered by the most obscure sentence. But the dumbest thing is these ✨mods✨excuse is ✨T.O.S✨ which they say doesn’t allow for debate but allows for cursing flirting and some of the most perverted stuff I’ve seen since being admitted into the public school system. But! Debate is some how the most offensive crime! Because of this games world chat I deleted after playing it for less than a week.

Fun and Interesting!
I have tried playing many rpgs that the app stoee has to offer and I must say, Miner Settlement is actually really fun! The majority of the people are nice as well. I’m still early in the game and was struggling with something and was given help by a veteran player. The game mechanics are also fun as well. I love the crafting aspect and the was mining is implemented. Leveling up isn’t fast at all and very well paced. The game isn’t too easy to the point where it’s boring. I find a lot of games pretty much level up players after any and every quest but not this one. Takes some time to get in the groove of things but not in a learning curb sense. 5/5 stars!
