Getting banned for showing people a C172 cockpit…
Ok I really respect that you are trying to make this thing safe but I got banned for showing a C172 cockpit… if you don’t know what that is search it up. I’m just trying to show people my interest and get them to know about aviation, but nooooo I get banned for doing something good and not bad. I would have given this app 5 stars but the ban problem is a big deal. Hope you are reading this creators.

Unreasonable ban
I was watching KTLA5 news while I was in chat, suddenly I was removed from chat without any good reason ( in the eyes of Minichat :irrelevant image ). This awful application is the worst application I have ever used. Bye forever, Minichat. Already I paid 10 dollar-unban penalty, because I made a mistake and violated the policy rules, but this time I never pay anything because I did not do anything wrong; I just watching only KTLA5 News. Already I cancelled my VIP membership ( how easily you lose your potential customers !!!!! and thanks for opening my eyes to your ridiculously strict policy rules ). If you think you can get more money from me without giving me any guarantee that I won’t get banned unfairly in the future, let me strongly assure you that you are in the wrong direction. Let me put it simply, my life goes on happily even if I get banned from using all of social medias like Facebook, Telegram, etc. Thanks.

You have the opportunity to review the policies of the MiniChat application.

Banned for no reason
I already wrote a review on this matter and I seem forced to do it again. You guys need to fine tune your banning system because quite frankly it’s broken. I have once again been banned for absolutely no reason at all for alleged “vulgar or obscene behavior” yet when the screenshot of the “offense” is shown it’s literally just a dark image in which nothing can be seen. I was just talking normally to people and it’s the second time I’ve had this happen to me. If one of the developers doesn’t do anything to fix this unjustified ban I will delete the app and will not recommend it to anybody, because I am not about to pay for an unban to God knows who, and you can bet on that.

I got banned twice
What happened was I was chatting normally with my camera facing the roof the reason was ( IRRELEVANT IMAGE ) I paid 9.99$ to unban my account i was chatting with a black screen until it told me are you there you need to have something not a black screen so I started chatting again with my camera on the tv and the tv had a picture of a fifa match and the picture was Messi celebrating they banned me again saying the reason was ( IRRELEVANT IMAGE ) I don’t know what’s wrong with the roof and Messi celebrating 🤦♂️. I understand that you’re trying to improve the app but that’s not a way . I wish I get unbanned because I did nothing wrong and I PAID TO GET UNBANNED!!! AND I STILL GOT BANNED AGAIN!!!

Banned for absolutely no reason
Banned for no reason, the devs won’t respond to the multiple claims that I’ve sent in even though they’re open 24/7??? I was chatting with someone and all of a sudden I get a picture of my face and something saying vulgar or obscene behavior… it’s a cash scam to get you to pay $10 to unban no matter what the fake reason may be. Worst experience I’ve ever had on a social media app by far. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! And yes I read your rules many times minichat team. Just read the reviews and see what the devs respond with and you’ll understand why everyone is so upset

Getting banned for no reason I wasn’t even on my phone
So it said I was being vulgar but I didn’t do anything there is nothing on the photo that y’all banned me for. It shows a dark image that it my phone was down charging and I accidentally turned the camera around. Then I turned it back and then I got banned for no reason again.

FIX UR BANNING SYSTEM
Ive been using the app since it came out, its great to make friends ive meet my best friend through here and alot more but the banning system is terrible! First time i got banned was because i was watching family guy and it was the part when stewie beat up brian, second time i got banned was when i was inside my car driving on the road, it banned me for “dangerous acts” and the THIRD TIME i got banned for good was all because i should my katana!
