- Update MissRirica base client Misskey web v12 to v13
Thus, if your instances are based on 12 (include calckey), some ploblems are happend such as emoji reactions.
So you must check your instance version before update.
I will work both v12 or below and v13. please wait.

1.5.3
- fix bug about when you login 2 or more instances, CustomEmojis refer from only first one instance.

- Put select language button at login screen
- The volume on the Sound Settings page actually affects the volume
- Put link to MissRirica not only misskey
- disable popup dialog when device shakeed
- fix save image (maybe)
- push notifications no longer show when active

Finyally I did multi language support.

ついにMisskey.io以外のインスタンスにも接続できるようになりました
そんな1.3のお届けです。

・misskey.io以外のインスタンスに対応

・メンションにアイコンが表示されない不具合の修正
・カスタムCSSがうまく使えない不具合を修正
・画像添付時に向きが狂うことがあるのを修正
・APIとWebhookはアプリから操作できなさそうなので削除
・現在のインスタンスをlocalhostとして識別してしまうバグを修正
　・メンションへのリプライ時に自分が入らなくなった
・iPhoneSE 1stGen など幅が極端に狭い端末でウィジェットを表示すると閉じれなくなる不具合を修正

（Misskey13対応を行ったわけではないので、emoji、Misskey Playなどの機能は動作しません）

ノッチ付きデバイスでEmojiPickerにセーフエリアを設定
設定の項目を整理（利用できない項目の削除）
長押しで絵文字の詳細が確認できるように修正
アクティビティのウィジェットが動作するように修正
