Description
Instead of buying an expensive and cumbersome motion capture suit, or tediously animating by hand, record 3D animations with nothing more than your iOS device! Powered by ARKit, MobileCap allows for full body 14-point tracking in real time from your device's camera. Once you've completed a capture, make refinements with a comprehensive set of export options, preview your adjustments in the app, and then export the capture as an FBX animation file that can be used in all common 3D modeling programs and game engines, or as a CSV spreadsheet full of rotation data.
Use a LiDAR enabled device such as the iPhone 12 Pro or iPad Pro 2020 or later for more accurate tracking.
Note: Body tracking functionality requires an A12 Bionic processor. This is limited to the iPhone Xs and Xs Max, iPhone XR, iPad mini 5th generation, iPad Air 3rd generation, iPad Pro (2018), and any newer devices. However, all other app functionality can be evaluated on other devices.

No timer - No option to switch to front camera
Title explains it all. I see there has already been complaints about this but the excuse that the front cameras fidelity it’s as good as the rear camera is mute. As a cinematographer and video editor, I can boldly say that the front camera is fine as long as there is enough light. Is there a timer option that I’m not seeing?

No 24FPS option
Title says it all. If I wanted to attempt to use this for adding a rigged 3D character in a film, I would have to use an unusual frame rate as 24FPS isn’t provide as an option, though other mocap apps do offer this feature.

It’s alright
I would prefer it to have a front camera to instead of using the back of it also the camera should be in one place so if I am on the ground getting up I should stay on the ground and when I get up I don’t freaking out and float like seriously i can only do motion capture while standing up!

Great app, does what I need it to!
As a Unity game developer, this app has greatly accelerated my workflow of getting animations into my game, either as placeholders, or to refine further in Blender. The post processing options help a lot too.

It’s a pretty good thing but I wish you could add characters in the animation when you first do it and posable fingers,hands and head also torso But other then that it’s a five star

This app has potential but the app keeps crashing which makes it useless especially paying to unlock it.
