The app will send reminder notification 5 times a day for 2 weeks asking users to completer a 15 item questionnaire. Users will download the app after completing a consent form approved by a university IRB.

Thus, the target audience is research subject who choose to use the app for two weeks to provide researcher data on the fluctuation in their mood.

Once the 2 week period has passed users are still able to use the app entry into the app still functional for up to 2 years. However they do not need to use the app after the 2 weeks and we will send no reminders. User will benefit by advancing science and study of mood and cognition.
