We all LOVE Moment Garden!!!
Both sets of grandparents live far away & I’m a pretty private person and don’t like posting much on FB. This is our favorite app! I can upload pics, videos, & stories; and feel like I am putting together a meaningful scrapbook for my children to enjoy when they get older. The grandparents will start complaining when I don’t post for awhile 😂. My husband and I really enjoy the Moment Memories that come in our email as well. Thank you to the developers of this app...you created something meaningful & important to our family. And I appreciate that they don’t try to charge for every little thing. I plan on buying moment books for each of my kids for their birthdays this year. I hope they keep this app around for a LONG time - it rocks!!

I love it, but there's one problem
UPDATE: this one specific thing is still driving me nuts. I literally just had to call my mom to tell her to stop going through the photos and liking them because I was trying to upload new ones and every "Gramma loved a new photo!" pop-up was making uploading impossible
I love this app. It's been great for keeping friends and family in the loop about my kids. My only problem is that if I happen to be trying to post it while someone is liking/commenting, it becomes completely unusable. The pop up notification interrupts whatever I'm doing and can't just be ignored- you have to interact with it to clear it to get back to whatever you were doing. And then sometimes, interacting with the pop up notification clears out whatever you were doing so you've got to start again. Unless I want to completely disable notifications, which I don't, or turn them on or off again each time I want to use the app myself just in case anyone else might be reacting to the pictures, I'm just stuck being annoyed I really, really like Moment Garden and I'm gonna keep using it, but that pop up interface is absolutely maddening

This app has been our lifeline to have almost daily peeks into the life of our precious grandson who lives far from us. With both parents working and the little guy in daycare it is hard to Skype during their busy week. But they do find the time to post a photo or two for the family to see his daily antics. It is so much better than using social media.

Hangs a lot without loading
Great concept & service overall, but the app has always had a problem where it sometimes just hangs when you open it, & won’t load pictures. Not sure why, but in last 2-3 weeks this has happened nearly every time I open it (try several times a day), and it’s only been able to load pix once or twice. Sometimes gives message that server timed out, other times it doesn’t - but very frustrating. Have to login to the website now just to see the new pictures. It’d be wonderful if this could be fixed? Many thanks!

Great, but stopped giving notifications!
I love getting pictures of my niece every day and the comments. It definitely helps connect our family when we all live in far distant places! It does have trouble loading sometimes, but usually restarting the app seems to fix it.
But recently it just stopped giving me notifications when there are new pictures! I didn’t change any settings and confirmed that it has all the permissions to do so, but no notices in the last couple of weeks! It’s very frustrating!

Great app; photo book not so much
I gave MomentGarden three stars, averaging out my satisfaction with the app (awesome! 5 stars) with disappointment with the photo book photo quality (2 stars). It was a little bit tricky figuring out how to make the photo book. But once I got the hang of it (on my laptop; I wasn’t successful editing the book the way I wanted to using the phone)it wasn’t a problem.
The book arrived on time and the layout was good. Regretfully, the photo quality was terrible. The color was both off and light and the images locked both the contrast and sharpness of the originals.

The owner of becoming mothers in Boulder CO mentioned this app to me -almost six years ago and I just love it!! Started by a young family (congratulations on the new little one!!) it is the perfect app to keep your family and friends updated on wonderful moments without flooding the masses on social media. We downloaded MomentGarden three years ago when my son was born because I’m not comfortable posting a ton of pictures and videos on social media. This way our families can follow our son’s growth. I LOVE this app because it is simple to use and is a little timeline in my son’s life. I wish I could upload slightly longer videos but other than that I’ve never had any issues

Great app, but has many timeouts
We’ve had this app for four years now with mutations kids but in the last four months the app has not worked great.
For example - I’ll upload a picture and it’ll show up as green (and no one can see it). Right now in fact, all the moments over the passed few years are showing up as green and I haven’t been able to upload pictures/videos for almost a week. Would love for this to get resolved.

Love this app, just needs a couple things to make it better.
This app is wonderful, very easy to use and a great way to capture your children’s lives as they grow. I have only had a few instances where the app crashed on me but recovered easily. I wish you could choose multiple pictures for the same date. Having to scroll back multiple times for the same date is a little tedious, but other than that it’s perfect.
