Gain access to a variety of categorized resources, and even bookmark your favorites so you can return to them whenever you need them. Coping skills in the palm of your hand!

JOURNALING

One of our favorite therapeutic tools, use the journal to write and reflect whenever you want. Name, categorize, and add images to express your inner thoughts and process emotions. Talk to your coach about the many benefits of journaling!

CHATTING & CALLING

Interact with your coach in our one-on-one chat feature. Get questions answered or reach out about meetings, homework, or anything else you need! Call your coach for sessions right on the app!

The coaching process gets even more exciting! Simply get a code from your coach, sign up for an account, and get connected to reach your goals even more quickly!
