This is a terrific service that helps the seniors in our lives. I use it to schedule visits with a

Unable to create account and no one to speak with
I love the concept. However, I’m unable to create an account also there isn’t anyone available by phone to problem solve with. I would like to learn about and potentially use the service but information is lacking on the website and this app.

This is a wonderful way to serve the elderly, but sadly the app needs some work. If I try to change or add anything it sits for an incredibly long time. Even clicking a menu item results in a loooooong wait. Too bad. Good way to frustrate volunteers.

Won’t let me create an account
This app sounded perfect for me, but it won’t let me log in threw my gmail account. Says “could not authorize through google” even after a successful login threw the site, the app shows that error message.

Won’t let me log in
I have a valid Gmail account and the app keeps saying that my account can not be verified. I am currently viewing all my emails using Gmail and it’s valid. I deleted the app.
