The app doesn’t collect any personal info BUT the third parties they are involved with do. From the app privacy policy here is a quote:
“The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Link to the privacy policy of third-party service providers used by the app Google Play Services, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics.”
In other words, the developer may not collect your info but dangerous companies like Google can still use this app to spy on you. IMO, this is a dirty trick by apple that allows publishers to say they don’t collect personal info when something else in the app really does. It’s a way to fool people into thinking their privacy is protected when it really isn’t. Apple should require all apps in its store to be truthfully described for privacy invasions. The current policy is deceptive. Saying the DEVELOPER doesn’t collect info and saying the APP doesn’t collect info are two different things. Once again, shame on apple for betraying its loyal customers.
