I've released a new "Report Feature"! Now, you can check your total workout days and the current number of consecutive workout weeks. The daily accumulation of workouts will transform into significant results. I believed that visualizing daily efforts could boost workout motivation, which is why I developed this report feature. Please give it a try!

Hello there! I've added a feature that allows you to set the unit of weight not only in kilograms (kg) but also in pounds (lbs)!
I believe some people prefer recording in kg, while others might prefer lbs. It's a small but valuable addition. At Mott, we aim to enhance the flexibility of our tools to cater to user preferences, so we'll continue to make improvements to serve a wider audience.
# What's New
- Added a "Weight Unit" feature to the settings screen.
# Improvements
- Display when there are 0 items in the exercise list screen.
- Various other minor text improvements.

This time, in response to a user request for "I want to switch between Dark Mode and Light Mode in the Mott app!", I've promptly implemented this feature!
Since this is an app that you use daily, it's important that you can easily configure the screen to make it easy on the eyes and user-friendly, right?
I'm thrilled to receive feedback like this from users, so if you have any requests or suggestions for improvement, such as "I would be happy if you could change this," please don't hesitate to contact me through the app's settings.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts, and thank you for your continued support!
[New Additions]
- You can now toggle "Dark Mode" ON/OFF in the settings.

It's been 4 months since the last update...!! I'm thrilled to finally release this new version.
The highlight of this update is the much-requested "Body Part Customization" feature! Until now, the default settings included six body parts: "abs, arm, back, chest, legs, shoulders," with no option for customization. From now on, in addition to the default parts, users can freely customize their own body parts. For instance, instead of just "arms," you might want to manage exercises for specific parts like "biceps" and "triceps." Some might want to set "glutes" instead of "legs."
Instead of sticking with predefined parts, the ability to create your own will surely make tracking more enjoyable...! Like jotting down notes freely on paper, being able to record freely in the app should be pleasing...! That was my thought process in developing this feature.
Besides the "Body Part Customization," I've also added a visualization of the "Total Volume"! Those aiming for muscle hypertrophy will find this focus on "Total Volume" effective for training. Please make use of it!
There are still many more features I want to develop in Mott, so I'll continue to improve it for your enjoyment. I also love reading your opinions and requests, so if you have any feedback, please contact me through the app! To all of you who regularly use Mott, thank you so much...!
[New Additions]
- Added "Body Part Customization" to the exercise screen
- Added "Total Volume" (available on the workout screen, past record screen, workout/exercise detail screen)
[Improvements]
- When selecting a specific date on the calendar and tapping the + button, the selected date is now reflected
- On the exercise screen, you can now collapse exercises by body part
- Deleting workouts and exercises used to be confusing as it was only possible with a swipe, but now you can delete them from the detail screen

I have added a feature on the exercise screen that allows you to check all the past records for each exercise! It's exciting to be able to see your progress by listing all your past records. Ideally, I would like to visualize it in a graph, but I'll consider adding that feature in the future. I will continue to work on developing an easy-to-use and essential workout app!

This will be my first update in a month. This time, I have developed a new feature that will make your usual muscle training a little more fun (or maybe it's just me...). It is the “Today’s Quote". I would be happy if reading the quotes before muscle training could help motivate your muscle training.

Finally, I can see at a glance the days I have done a workout on the calendar.
Until now, you had to select each day in the calendar to check it, which was very inconvenient.
There are still many things I would like to improve, but this will be the last update for the year.
I will continue to improve Mott to make it an indispensable app for all those who are into muscle training in the coming year!
Have a Happy New Year, everyone!

The following improvements have been made.
・The body parts have been improved by using different colors to make them easier to understand. Previously, only text was used, so it was difficult to identify which part of the body at a glance.
・I have changed the internal information of the application.
I will continue to make improvements, so please continue to use Mott!

I have changed the internal information of the app and, although very minor, corrected an incorrect wording. Specifically, "add" was changed to "Add". I will continue to develop the app while paying attention to even a single phrase like this!

This is the first update since I released the application on December 8, 2022. There are still many new features I would like to develop, but I will continue to update them little by little for you.
This update is not directly related to workout tracking, but I have added a Twitter account for Mott.
If you have any feature requests or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me via Twitter.
