The Modifying Phonation Intervals (MPI-2) Stuttering Treatment Program is designed to teach mainly adolescents and adults who stutter to achieve generalized stutter-free and normal sounding speech by speaking with a reduced number of short intervals of phonation (PI=phonation interval).
