Å-z,
Generally Good
I'm happy with this app for the most part. It has general categories which cover what I'm experiencing most of the time. I have no clue how they are coming up with data for some of the charts however. The BIGGEST issue I have is that at some point in the afternoon it switches automatically to a day ahead. (I'm in ETZone.) Personally, I find this very frustrating.
iPadLuver,
NIce App. Good Function.
Thanks for this, MSAA.
This is a nice tool for tracking MS-related symptoms, medications, treatments, and so forth.
It seems a little overwhelming at first (inputting data) but I think once you spend a little time with it, it becomes pretty easy to use.
I can see how this would be a good thing to bring with to doctor visits, because it can track lots of detailed info and might provide you doctors with a level of detail you don't normally bring.
Plus it's free!

Missing a few common symptoms
A good app for logging symptoms and adding a journal entry/notes for more detail. I like the layout and charts, but the app is missing a few major symptoms—dizziness, aphasia, and tingling/shocking sensations. If there were even the ability to add a few self-defined recurring symptoms, that would be awesome.

Medications
I don’t like that it gives me the schedule of when to take my meds. I am also limited by the amount of meds I can list. I haven’t used all of it’s apps yet.
ContentOwner,
Landscape on the iPad please!
This app is portrait only. It needs to support landscape. It is difficult to use this app when you have to take your iPad off of the keyboard to use it. Fix it and I will use it.
JLFPsyD,
Helpful for some
I was eager to try this new application for my MS. But I was disappointed when I downloaded it to find that it was complex and difficult to set up. In part this is a reflection of my own disease. I have many complications, many medications, many doctors and adding all of this to the app at once is a burdensome task.

I also have a simple system that works for me, So my motivation to start a new system is low.

This app would be helpful for someone who is newly diagnosed, has frequent exacerbations, and has not yet learned the meaning of all of the odd symptoms we get and variations in how they feel. If you start your disease with this tool, you are likely to give it a much higher rating.

I still ding it for its complexity and the minor annoyance that when you click for information it takes you to it's own website and the first thing you see is a request for donations.

Try it to see if it would be helpful for you. For me, I am happier with my single page summary of diagnosis, medications, and questions for my doctor at each visit.

Close to what I wanted
I thought this would be what I needed. Being newly diagnosed, I was hoping to start off organized (and get everything out of a notebook). This app is lacking some important things. When I had my first exacerbation, I had way more than one issue going on. I need to be able to enter all of them. I can't change the dosage for the meds I am on and I would like to be able to enter injection info. At this point, I'm not sure this app is valuable to me yet. I hope someone reads these reviews and updates soon!
Nurse Mo,
Almost there
Close to exactly what I need. But, as others said, it NEEDS to allow for MORE THAN ONE symptom, mood, etc for the day. Also having the ability for multiple entries thru the day without affecting other same day entries would be fantastic. There are many symptoms that can come and go thru the day. This is the difficult part of getting all the info to the Dr's. I hope this change is made soon!
SquiddyWa,
Glaring Ommisions...
maybe i'm missing something...where is the medication reminder to handle my 11 meds that i can in no way remember every day? the so-called "journal" is pretty anorexic...my exaserbations are weird & require alot more text/writing room. but the biggest ommision is perhaps the most obvious that (i think) should be there...where is the injection rotation schedule & reminder?? had to find other apps to take care of these issues & moved this one to the back burner. so, an ok app but really lacking in some sadly obvious ways.
chipper442,
Great start, needs a few tweaks
The main issue with MS is having many different symptoms, areas of discomfort, etc. This would be rated higher if you could select multiple pains, symptoms, exasperations, etc. A calendar/reminder for when meds are needed would be nice as well as tracking the location where an injection was done.
